Mrs said to me yesterday am I throwing the flattened flower away and I assured her absolutely not and I'd like to make a cream/lotion as this would work for her I reckon.

Absolutely save the pucks!!!

Absolutely save the pucks!!!
Especially with inexperience the amount of waste in them !
For you ya mean!! Have you got a rash? Come and show me!! I'm a part time doctor!! :ROFLMAO: 😉;)
For the wife she's got Rheumatoid Arthritis and making oil is easy enough but never done a cream/lotion and its basically to rub on her hands or joints when painful as she uses fenbid ibuprofen gel and we might as well put the waste to good use and hopefully it'll be better than what she uses!

How come the lid doesn't blow off the jar? From the pressure build up inside.
It's a slow cooker, so relatively low temperature cooking device. On high it'll go up to maybe 120/130 C, but that's the water temp or maybe even the plate temp, I doubt the MCT mixture gets up as high as that in the jar since it's not fully submerged, so the actual contents are probably well under 100 C, meaning not much chance of high enough pressure to cause the jar clip any problems.

OP maybe had on low/warm most of the time as well, though it's set to high the pic, perhaps? They certainly have a temp sensor to measure and make their adjustments.

It looks really green because I put a light underneath when I took the picture, it’s more a nutty Brown colour. The ABV is from a mixture of Farm Gas@27 and LA Confidential@24.
