Just requested 10g of this ere Banana Daddy. I've always loved Grandaddy Purple, the King of Purple by reputation, since a friend grew some in early 2000s, the memory of that deliciousness and pain killing effects are returning to me. It's genes are there in Apples & Bananas so I'm hoping this is even more so.
I haven't seen the GP cultivar itself on UK Medical nor any reference to it being available, anyone?

4C Labs Banana Daddy 26/1 Batch:A365750, EXP: 22/08/26. Beta irradiated. Open Boveda in pack on opening, 54.9% RH on my aging spot meter ( probe stuck into a tiny opening of the seal), fresh from Xeal it appears.
Opening .... terpenes! Fruity hit me in the face. Shocked
Then a fuel, gassy note when I dug the nose in. Medium/ small, dense, hard yet open nobbly formed buds, no bits, no knocked off trichs.
Very dark areas with dark dark green colour, not just the few sugar leaf ends. Orange stigmas are very, very short and few. Overall is white frosty as many trichomes. Tearing a lump off to put straight into the Tempest 2 gives a heady burst of terpenes, very soft and slightly sticky feel inside. No immature seeds or signs of them. Bracts and Calyx are soft, not tough and woody = a good grow, dry and cure. Then, it seems to me rapidly to market.
Vape is very smooth, despite the relatively high amount of terpenes does not irritate my throat. Fruit, sweet grape on the inhale ( through dry glass) and more oily on the exhale. Yippeee.
I have always found that the more smelly and tasty the flower the more terpenes obviously, but hand in hand come more of the +100 "minor" cannabinoids that we need, Flavonoids, Anthocyanins and all the rest. Entourage in a pack with this one.
Effects, fast onset of a head high, not a rush, then it doles out the effects out until my head is floating after 20 mins, all the tension, pain and pressure has gone from my legs, and I have forgotten what I was going to do next. Zero raciness.

Opened the banana daddy last night..first impressions a good evening/afternoon where you need to relax and not do much.
Not like a good night god bless strain, more of a "the remote is too far away to stretch"
Wasn't blown away with flavour but there was certainly some banana flavour there
Will be switching between this and the Mac for next few days now with the remaining blue lobster
Will report back with more updates in next few days

A return to this and this isn't one I would look to get again
Its got a real nasty tingle/dryness on the vape for me. So much so it's not enjoyable
What I will say is damn it slaps you sideways
Which is why I'm writing this now before I'm flat sideways
Also seems good quality as it'll take 3 good inhales on the globe.
I really wanna try this on the solo3 but can't yet. So need to check where my air max is.
This is really harsh on the throat
Its got a real nasty tingle/dryness on the vape for me. So much so it's not enjoyable

Works well in my Solos, 3 and 2 Max, straight or balled tubes. I still don't get as much harshness as you seem too, very little in fact. Vapes well in wohw & Tempests also
Hows your herb humidity?
Also Banana Daddy reduced to £75 at MontuLess than 5Kg with the supplier but by the looks of it the pharmacies have plenty
