A Rant on Cancard's Guidance to the NTIA

That looks as if they are trying to elevate cancard in the hierarchy of what is proof of legal possession, when a cancard alone is not proof of legal possession, all I see cancard having a use for is people who would qualify for Medical Cannabis but dont get it, to prove they have a qualifying condition and hope the police go a bit lenient on them if caught in possession

Isnt it fraud? If you decieve someone in order to make money i thought that was classic 101 fraud? That venue in my opinion is a victim.

Thats why this craps been ongoing and looks set to continue its a profitable venture.

Smoking a joint outside having your script on you with documentation and i know its guidlines rather than law but would police take it off you? Seen alot of horror stories. Cancard seems to be favoured by the police maybe even over a legal script. So is cancard better to have and show and just putting your script into a baggie and say i cant afford a script and you will be left alone and less hassle . Seems more restrictions in some ways having a script and smoking a j in public compared to having a cancard, Crazy but whats ppls views , I have a volcano classic in house but now i have to put out money for a half decent vape to have in public would put a dent in my pocket at a time where i can only afford joining a clinic and months meds , Maybe get max pro next month, Any opinion would be appreciated

The whole smoking a spliff thing is illegal full stop patient or not, if your a medical patient and you smoke a spliff you get the outcome you deserve for pushing unnecessary boundaries.

In my eyes no one deserves a negative outcome for smoking a spliff patient or not ,I may be a patient who vapes now but for a year I was a patient who smoked as I couldn't get the relief off vaping as my wife does now and previous to that I smoked weed for over 30 years to treat myself for my symptoms and never did anything to harm anyone so why should someone deserve a negative outcome for smoking a joint if that's how they find relief ,

It's not that, that goads me it's the rubbing it into other people's faces to revoke a reaction that I don't understand.

There is patients vaping and still having their script took off them vs non patients who cant afford a script smoking and getting it handed back to them , Just more restrictions on patients vs non patients is what i was pointing too, Rather tahn advocating just using it as an example even though i used me as an example . Not fair that 1 gets their meds back when another has to maybe go to court to get their script.

Totally agree on that front and that's not acceptable in my eyes in normal society to try and impose ones self in such a way on many subjects but just taking your meds discreetly enough is not the same as standing at the entrance to a shop blowing smoke at people to get a reaction and I find most people don't try to draw attention whether vaping or smoking.
