And more people will brew there own. I'm already at that point. £7.50 for 4 bottles of beer is taking the piss. I can just about live with £19 a bottle for some Aldi west coast whisky (which is purportedly young whisky from the Bowmore distillery, if you get the Islay one). But beer prices are way too steep. So I buy beer kits in and brew my own, mostly I like the Brewferm kits, especially the Strong Blond, which if made with molasses sugar generates a beer that tastes pretty similar to a Leffe Brune. If not the Belgian Trippel and Cherry Ale are pretty good. Roughly £18 for 9L.
