Just had my quarterly Alternaleaf review, Requested my monthly amount to be increased two months ago. The person Interviewing me had no answer except that there was a note of me asking. Am still waiting for a reply from the doctor after two months... Not happy.

My partner found the level of service from Alternaleaf to be very inadequate, missing prescriptions that was meant to be sent to a different pharmacy on more than one occasion, days without medication due to dosing errors directly after a review, constantly chasing them up via the phone or email to swap sold out items, basically crippling her anxiety even more.

She did a clinic transfer to Medicann within 48hrs and everything has been super smooth for her since not a single problem or complaint (believe me I get it in the fucking neck when she's on one )

To be fair, you said you want to go up to 120g from 90, as far as I know 90g+ prescriptions are pretty heavily reviewed and controlled at other clinics too.

They know my condition and it has been two months, An answer or a follow up interview should be here by now.

Absolutely, not disagreeing here that they could and should do better on that front.

Hi Gareth,

I am writing to inform you that the consultant has reviewed and approved your monthly allowance increase to 120g.

We can now proceed with submitting the request for the remaining 30g. Please reply to this email to confirm which products you would like us and we will process the additional request accordingly.

You can check stock availability at the Montu Store.
