Montu Group UK has acquired Althea’s UK and Ireland clinic operation, MyAccess Clinics, for A$1 million.
The deal will see Montu UK commit to buying a minimum of 10,300 units of Althea products over two years, with its medicine to remain on the clinic’s formulary for three years.
