I contacted this clinic a few weeks ago, my main question was about the ability to order from any pharmacy. The email replies were quick and friendly but not 100% clear if there was or wasn't restrictions.
Someone kindly rang me and talked me through the process, it sounded like there was no restrictions but then it also sounded a little unclear as they deal with certain suppliers & not others.
anyway i decided to submit my documents and within 10 minutes someone rang me from a very noisy office type environment and said they couldn't spot my reason for applying.
My
SCR is very brief at just 1 page but maybe a quick skim over and they had missed the herniated disc and MRI consultation, no problem these things happen BUT what happened next was like a kick in the teeth.
Having pointed out my MRI results from 2023 and the physio and pain killers that didn't work (& rot your stomach) i was told i didn't qualify for
MC as that was 3 years ago and i hadn't seen a
GP since 2023.
so i say no problem if that's your policy i will try somewhere else but so to let you know 3 other clinics have not had an issue accepting me.
a shocked reply said wait and i will speak to a Dr and call you back tomorrow.
no one did call me back tomorrow, in fact i chased them a few days later and someone did ring but i missed the call and they didn't leave message.
its just baffling to me!! , so what have i got to do to be a member of your clinic??? go to my
GP every 12 months and get a pain killer prescription?? or go get an MRI every year to prove my disc is still herniated ???
