Integro exists to offer hope where traditional clinical approaches to medical issues have failed. The clinic offers full-time dedicated cannabis nurses to liaise with and support patients.

Integro aims to provide patient centric high quality medical care that is effective, appropriate, timely and within a safe environment. Our aim is to prescribe the appropriate licenced or unlicensed medicine, which may include cannabis medicines, to our patients.

We will treat patients and their families with respect, dignity and care to maximise the quality of our patients’ experience and enhancing the quality of life for people with long‐term conditions. We will work in partnership with our patients, their families, carers and existing clinical specialists, involving them in any decision making about their treatment and care where appropriate.

@Muiredach @GrownHealth have you any more info on what’s happening with BNM and Integro seemingly parting ways?

BNM now states on their website,

Big Narstie Medical is NOT a clinic. All clinical services are delivered by independent CQC-registered clinics.

No mention of Integro anymore. But reads as if they are now are working with multiple clinics??

Wondering what (if any) involvement they now have with patients, if you try to register with them. Are they merely just an informative page now.

I know someone who is with BNM Clinic, they said they've not heard a word about any of it from them and as far as they know its business as usual so there seems to be an element of keeping things tight lipped at the moment. or at least it seems that way. I asked yesterday when I learned of the whole split issue.

Has anyone here managed to sign up with BNM in the last 2-3 months? I’ve had a frankly awful time - would have been forgotten multiple times had I not chased them up, multiple weeks of radio silence. And by now I had my screening 5 weeks ago, and have heard nothing since. I’ve chased up BNM again (heard absolutely nothing back), and got in touch with Integro directly where they said just there’s a ‘delay in the MDT’. Bear in mind I’m waiting to find out whether they’ll even give me a consultation - not to mention I’ll have to wait again if they do, and will have wasted 5 weeks (and counting) if they don’t. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes but it seems to be somewhat calamitous (at best) based on my experience. Has anyone had any successes as a new patient with BNM or Integro recently?

That's an insane amount of time to be waiting for a consultation to be arranged. I would begin to look elsewhere if I were you.

It sounds like all is not well with these chaps.

I’ve already started looking elsewhere, but each week I just think ‘surely soon’ and each time I am negatively surprised. I think they call it sunk cost fallacy? At this point I’m just intrigued as to whether they’ll just completely leave me hanging, either way they’ve more than earned a hearty 1-star review on Trustpilot and wherever else
