I saw a video on this facility, it is a really complex balance keeping the entire ecosystem self sufficient, shame as it's a great idea. I'm genuinely interested as personally I don't see that much difference to regular organic style growing other than instead of using bird or bat poop for the nitrates etc they are using the fish waste and you know it's all organic if it is a closed loop system, as I keep tropical fish and trust me you add any of the chemicals/salts used in bottled/packaged feed to their water and you are going to have a lot of floating fish
In principle it also gives a more balanced PH to, assuming no ammona or n2o spikes in your tank and the water should be decently oxygenated.
My idea of vile is that agave tequila they distill with a chicken in the pot, ewww nasty
