I'd imagine it 's like a screening before you they make a consultants appointment if you meet the criteria. if you have a list of meds tried which I understand for some is a massive list, but they will need your summary care record from your
GP or possibly the
NHS App not tomorrow but they'll tell you when they'll need it by ,which I was sent by email from my
GP but others have had problems here but they will instruct you what to do ,you'll find these clinics from my experience really easy to deal with especially at this stage where they are used to people who have no experience of this system.
Lets hope you've spoke to them before you know it and they'll put you at ease ,really.
If there's something your still unclear about after you speak to them tomorrow absolutely shout us rather than panic not knowing what to do next but you'll prob just have a chat bout any conditions or symptoms that qualify you and medications previously taken and conditions that could make it so you don't qualify and what to do next.
