UK Cannabis can treat insomnia where traditional drugs fail, UK study finds

& how to make your own CBN

Significantly

I have terrible trouble sleeping without canna, all the chemical pills they give you either don't work or make you feel like you've been filled with treacle for about 4 hours after waking up.

Canna feels like a strong but gentle solution. I sleep better, and I wake up refreshed, no side effects other than occasionally sleeping so well that I dribble all over my pillow

I have some out of date ECSP T31 and GJBAG T27 which I’m using late at night as they feel more sedative than when I first received them back in Oct. I thought I was imagining it, perhaps not? Similarly, I also have some “matured” (old) hash which has the same effect on me.

Yeah it will be the slow conversion over time from THCa to CBNa

So it's not that canna is ineffective when old / expired per se, more that the composition has changed and so the effects change

I have some really old wedding cake now, is always reliable stuff for sleep, but now it's 'of a certain age' it's absolute noddybyes fuel for me

For my medical needs I prefer the stoned / couch lock / sleepy effects rather than the “high” which is equally important for other MC users and their needs. From what I’m seeing and reading, most of our MC is pulled earlier rather than later so probably low in CBN. I’m changing clinics next month so I can start to access short date products as they might be more effective for me as well as saving me from financial ruin.
