Pharmacies CB1 Pharmacy

Just seems an anomaly with them and the tilray used to have a different price to everywhere else but in all honesty there probably stuck with it as it's been brought up by patients and they must be aware but are choosing to stick with it !
Any idea what happens if I request from a pharmacy that charges the current price? I am assuming best case I get a credit as others have, worse case they pocket £20 on every 10g's and are basically drug dealers not medicine suppliers? :ROFLMAO:

No you will get it at the pharmacy that dispenses price ;) just clicked on to that myself when you mentioned it as they send a script and not an invoice (y)

@GrownHealth any update on the Kandy Terpz price being bumped back up? CB1 Medical have it back on request but still at £8.99 a gramme.....

Yep, I've asked a few times and got politicians answers. Feel like replying with thanks for responding to a dozen things I didn't ask and ignoring the one thing I did ask, but to be honest I am done giving these people chances and just voting with my feet now. Clinics want to charge premium prices and no refund or exchange when they scrtew up,no worries, premium service expected and no second chances, it goes both ways.

So as an update I put Newgrove on last request, checked prescription on CB1 Medical's website and said CB1 pharmacy still, e-mailed them and got told I have to state somewhere the postal service needed, not sure where and have also queried this as Newgrove are now fully digital using script assist and CB1 Medical use script assist..... They also stated that I needed to pay before they send the script, interesting concept given they are chargibng different prices for the same same....

I'm expecting to get some BS answer and at that point I think the journey with CB1 is over.

Does seem you are having to jump through many hoops with them to get what you require and I totally understand your frustration mate and the bit about paying before the script is sent lets hope that is at Newgroves prices or that would look really bad in my view.

Their representative is telling me how they work closely with MedBud :ROFLMAO: Yet they want to charge me for posting a script when the pharmacies both use the same automated system and they expect me to pay them for a script I will neeed to pay Newgrove for, what a joke. Is there an official body like an ombudsman of some kind we can start formally complaining to about these money grabbing corporates?

Just got this update, CB1 Medical are going to charge whatthey want it seems.......

"The prices on MedBud are guide prices, we try our best to meet them where we can, We do not stock all the items listed on MedBud as that is not sustainable fo rus.

You can always speak to the CQC (CQC) if you have any concerns about our service

I have copied in our pharmacy manager, so they can respond to you about medication pricing as this is the pharmacy decision not medical

I hope they can give you a more comprehensive answer"

The CQC are a toothless bunch with no power, I'll be voting with my wallet and my feet, can you imagine boots trying to ream everyone for an extra 20 on every prescription, it wouldn't last a minute.

I'm sure Newgrove reimburse you for the postage/admin fee for sending the physical copy of the script to Newgrove but it looks more than just that in your instance and there are obstacles for you round every corner :(

Newgrove do but seems CB1 Medical think that I would need to pay them for the script still. I have asked the representative 3 times now for step by step instructions so that I can share them here so everyone else knows what to do in future, hopefully at some point instead of answering things I didn't ask they will answer and provide the things I did ask. to be honest I anticipated it being a shit show and put my money in some gangsters pockets so I'm all good.

It could be that script assist is a database software and those databases between different companies do not link. I would hope that is the case otherwise other clinics and pharmacies could see the confidential details of patients in other pharmacies / clinics. IE if it’s a global database the folk at negrove could see my confidential CB1 Medical scripts, which would be a breach of data protection, and more than worrying for me.

You just make it a push rather than a pull between the two, with a suitable authorisation process in place. Works fine in the banking industry ;)

Delivery arrived prompt and safely in a box so no complaints here (y)

Mine came on Wednesday in a crap jiffy bag.
Yes last I had from them. If it wasn't overpriced MC inside + special - it would pass as dark web. Its shocking really. They are annoying me in another way again, if it doesn't resolve jumping ship mate. I'm seeing better ranges + cheaper elsewhere.
