Clinics Change of clinic

Hello everyone,
I am with Alterleaf and last three weeks I have been struggling to get my prescription but nothing is working out with them. I am with them for an year and everything was perfect untill now as they really let me down and I am without medication for more than a week. Next available appointment is mid of March. Any suggestions. Any recommendations for different clinic. I asked one clinic and they ask me for SCR which I don't have any clue. Any help as I am really in need . Thank you

SCR is a Summary of Care Report. You can get a copy from your GP.
If you need a new clinic fast, Medicann is probably the quickest but you will need your SCR for all of them

Medicann aren't as quick as they used to be and I am hearing lots of patients being refused without any explanation, it might be worth applying with a couple of clinics and see which is fastest

I am with Alterleaf, they are not responding at all. I have even asked them if they cannot help, they can send me a discharge note but no answer. My medical condition is getting worse and I am really surprised what type of service I am getting. They are simply denying me my medication and let me suffer. I am thinking of taking further action against them. Any comments on this?

Have you tried the live chat? My partner spoke to a lady called Lisa on the live chat and was issued a discharge letter on the spot.

Thanks for your reply. I can give it a try. I never had any issues with them but it is not good experience this time. Even I have written a review of this on trust pilot, they responded but no further action taken. My main concern is to get hold of my medication. Really don't want to go to the street sellers

They are offline during the weekend. I am currently in Spain, I have no choice but to go to local hospital and seek help. I am really shocked by this whole situation. I guess there should be some different processes in the UK for emergencies.
