Incredible too if true, because I have always believed the Limonene to the ADHD trigger culprit. A youtuber once said the same as they avoid it because of that.
However, I did try Gelato Dream specifically because it was almost completely Limonene - as a test - and it was absolutely lovely beautiful strain with that Gelato flex as well.
If true though I now know for sure to stay clear of Limonene - as well as strains that don't have terp charts.

Limonene will sometimes come with pine and terpinolene that can have adverse effects so try and rule out all 3 if found next to each other.
Its gd that you have observed that having an effect as sometimes hard to pinpoint. Limonene will usually be the backbone of all fruity strains but i would try and observe the % of Limonene and if being primary terp causing biggest issues so that is why gelato dream might be ok.

Sedative terpenes like Myrcene Humulene can tame the effects of Limonene , Myrcene can be euphoric in small amounts and very sedative higher amounts , terpinolene sedative in small amounts and very opposite higher amounts and Limonene could be the sam % might b key rather than evading.

Always double check when you narrow it down as digital terp profiles arent always the same . Hazegate and terpinolene springs to mind. No 1 on the list black garlic do not get there is Limonene next to the terpinolene in there and , like a lemon haze .

Odd that considering the genetics involved, Terpinolene should be no where near.. Wonder if it's a case of Mamedica® using the Black Garlic name similar to how LIT & Peace Naturals® use the Master Kush & OG Kush names despite being genetically different.

As you can see its compared to amnesia haze ,theres Limonene in both gmo and sour dubb and alot think that a haze was in diesel lines somewhere so it could pop up but id say it was primary terp with lemon diesel next.

Its in black garlic 0.04% so maybe brought out more by Limonene .
