Long time user from age 13, daily from 18, aged 34, im now with Alternaleaf and just picked me first three strains its great. they've allowed me 70G per month for now, il probably use most of it

This is good news that your up and running now and you'll soon get to grips with what suits you and with prices coming down it's making it all that much easier to afford the 70g/month and you should also have access to IPS pharma's products too so even more to choose from as you get used to your options .

Still no online portal (was told it would be up early August), No live stock info or online ordering so far. Gave me a couple of mediocre Curaleaf strains and seem not to want to provide any other options... sounded positively hostile and offered me a transfer letter when I asked for options.

Welcome to the community @Bigbad and this sounds a bit draconian and like you say hostile even and I'm afraid under those circumstances I'd be turning my attentions elsewhere as this sounds totally unsatisfactory to me .

To be fair whoever phoned me woke me up so I wasn't that coherent myself... this was just whoever called to offer my monthly repeat not the doc on the videocall so I'm not entirely sure who it was.
Both docs I've spoken to where really nice, but I'm new to all this and not having a visible formulary seems kinda dumb? Even a simple static page... its hard enough having a call/videocall (anxiety) but when only one of you can see the options...

I'm sure last time I saw the supposed formulary it had 9 products on iirc but this was a month or so ago and I'll see if I can find it but below are four strains they certainly do prescribe as it is their own brand (y)
 
I've found this clinic to be a disaster. You get what you pay for. The doctor was good, but because of their formulary - my prescription was switched and didn't match my care plan. They might as well have said, we'll give you what we have and that's it. Karen on the phone is by name and nature; boulshy and abusive. They got appointment emails wrong, They missed a scheduled Doctor appointment. Then eventually switched my script because of no stock. Useless? pretty much. Aggressive and rude, for sure.

Welcome @Skalla and that does sound a poor experience and hopefully you have a new clinic in mind or have already joined one as there is much better service out there with pleasant helpful staff and much more to select from 🙏

I think you may be onto a winner with those two and we've not heard much about them as many patients don't have access to them but one or two bits I've seen written about the D/Labs products haven't been off putting so I'm looking forward to what you make of them but more importantly I'm glad to see you finally getting some meds 🙌

I bet your looking forward to receiving your first prescription, its exciting times coming, especially when you receive the dispatched notification 😀
 
Paid for first prescription today but no dispatch yet, I’m guessing it’ll be start of next week
Tuesday will soon come around 👍
I just got butterflies remembering waiting for my first delivery and the process leading to it but I don't think my choices were of the standard @Smee will get but I did get High Silver and was chuffed to bits with it 🤣
