@williemed, contact the dispensing pharmacy to arrange a return properly, so it can make it's way back to the distributor - and they can ultimately test it for DOE and try figure out what's gone wrong. Let us know here too if there's anything visually wrong with the packaging, as in a hole - or if the packaging seemed not to be air-tight before opening.
If you're able to personally email us, we'd like to put you in contact with the brand directly whom have offered a staff member's mobile number to contact, so a replacement can quickly be arranged - and they can also try figure out what went wrong with you directly:
