I don't think that is true. The weights and measures act says it should be spot on, you're not allowed to be over-weight either.I know there is a tolerance level of upto - 10 % and if you got 9.01 it's tuff officially but boy would I be Peeved if I got anywhere near that amountspecially if I spent 8or9 quid a gram,
