Noice, slow start today, had to clear and grit the farm track, postie had a parcel to bring and his wee van wasn't getting down otherwise. Ironically as I got to the top of the track he was there, so saved him a job. Sausages on toasted paninis to start the day, HP sauce. Ketchup is for bacon, discuss.I am now utterly stuffed and blatantly falling asleep momentarily...

The best bacon needs only fresh bread with butter.
Dab of HP here but the fat cut off the bacon too.

The really good stuff doesn't even need butter on the bread as long as you cook it in butter, mmmmm nutty cooked butter flavour, I have bacon in the fridge too, but really need to use up the sweet and sour chicken tonight, crispy aromatic duck pancakes to start

Very hard starting out now. It was very bad in 93 when I was looking for work, made loads of job apps. I got lucky by persisting. He will get there.
