£6/g for greenhouse weed? Good work if you can get it! Many of the industry workers would shit a brick to see this in country of origin, and the others are too busy counting their bank balances to care. Can't go on like this forever. £2.30 / gram in Canada on a zed of this, so imagine the price on a 10 or 100 kilo bale, pennies!

Aside from the blatant profiteering, the air miles involved in these operations, when we are perfectly capable of growing it ourselves, needs to be addressed a bit. UK based products surely should be able to reflect Canadian prices for us here in the UK? And if this type of behaviour is happening in every "global" industry, I can see why we're all in the trouble we are. Disgraceful.
I appreciate this has most probably come from Tilray's main European medical cannabis production facility located in Cantanhede, Portugal and the same branded Canadian bud might well be produced in Canada, I can't be bothered to dig deeper to be honest*, either way the air miles are still there, as a captive audience we are clearly being taken advantage of, and the damage is still being done.

Terpenes: Limonene, Pinene, Caryophyllene, Ocimene, Nerolidol
*Okay so I did dig a bit deeper and at least it seems in Canada it is produced by Aphria Inc., headquartered in Leamington, Ontario, was an international producer and distributor of medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operated through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. So slightly less air miles than insinuated in the rant above, but only slightly! Bet ours is still greenhouse though, lets face it, it might be fire, you never really know until you try it!
The UK imo desperately needs to go ahead with a rec market and relaxation of the rules around cannabis. And quick. Rant over and out, and apologies for bashing your ear!
