I'm very humbled and grateful if I've made your life one iota better, but I suspect it's more a case of all us weirdos finding different roads to the same place and feeling more comfortable together

Good luck mate with it all and I gave up fags just over a year ago with nicorette spray and vaping on the mighty at the time but having your stuff prepared helps so you don't just take the easy route and skin up and that was my downfall so I'd have about 6 capsules ready to load in my vape and that was before vape carts were decent too so they could be another way to avoid tobacco
Ordered Zangria from Specials here and at £80 and it's heartbreaking never mind the £90 for Pave S1

P.S it only lasted 6 months

Best thing I did last year was stopping tobacco. I used more MC for a bit but now I use less than I did before I stopped smoking
