Never thought of it that way but it makes complete sense from a roadside swabbing perspective, alcohol being a poison is flushed out asap by our own bodies within hours of consumption whereas cannabis binds to our fat deposits so it's going to be there for weeks to come, it's simply not a viable way to prove impairment compared to alcohol, cocaine etc which the swabs pick up on.
Still a long way to go with education within police forces it seems, imagine being in your local counties police drug squad, covert surveillance of organised crime groups, imports and exports of Cannabis and thinking medically it would come in a little green tablet in packs of 28/56?

I appreciate it's a past assumption from the chap but it's incredibly naive, I actually laughed
Listening to the full 1 hour plus conversation I get the vibe we're still expected to bend over backwards to keep everybody else around us happy when we're consuming, the smell of medical cannabis being considered anti social behaviour within your own home if a neighbour was to have an issue with it? Mind blown.
I respect Alex alot, he's a highly intelligent man clearly educated in various different aspects regarding medical cannabis, but there's several occasions where I wish he would challenge what has been said from the opposing person instead of just nodding, agreeing.
