Flower Headstone Cannabis LG T29 Lamb of God

Hi, did you receive Lamb of God in the end? I'm eager to find some opinions on the stuff as am on the fence with this strain...if you tried it already, do you feel much of that haze unfocused unproductive just chill vibe, or more of a focused creative highly energized alert sort of feeling?

I love Lambs bread and I love Super lemon haze, but some of the phenotypes of SLH can be too hazy for me - I love a productive creative focused buzz like original Jack Herer or something, but not that sort of headband stoned can't do anything haze that some full Sativas can give. I'm guessing the cross with the Lambs Bread has created a nice balanced focused uplifted energised feeling, but very interested to hear your feelings if or when you try?

Yeah, I’ve tried it now. Big buds covered in white resin, light green in colour with fox-like orange hairs sticking out clearly grown well.

For me it’s more smooth, calm and more hazy than energising. It sits nicely in the background and makes me feels functional and focused. More chill for me than High Silver was.

I’m still fairly new to medical and testing settings with my Mighty, but it does come through clearly in a joint very smooth. Subtle citrus on the nose, nothing loud. I’ve got it in a dark glass jar with a Boveda and it’s been pleasant so far. Effects wise it's a solid from me

Have SeedJunky's PermanentMarker in my current script effects wise it's close to the LoG definitely more of a head high, but without the energising effects.

I'm going to secure another 10G LoG then look for a classic Sativa wake and bake type going forward.

Not 8-10 but 18-20 weeks flowering, or more. And much less yield. Pure Sativas end up very expensive and don't have the look people wants - just fluffy stalks.

I've been looking at Tangerine Boost, but the quality appears to me to be a gamble because it's made by Glass Pharms and I don't feel much confidence in UK production companies quality, which is ironic because I'm nearly 50 and decades of experience makes it clear that UK growers can be amongst the best in the world - even when I lived in Canada that was a popular opinion out there from people I met - so it amazes me how many poor reviews I find across the net for UK MedBud companies, including my own limited experience, which sadly will remain limited until enough other people start reporting excellent satisfaction from some of the UK business growers. Gazzurple is worth trying if you have not and Frozen lemon Haze (which has no haze in the genetics).

I have to ask - you mentioned that LoG made you feel focused and functional but also that you felt the hazy effects. Normally I'd feel that hazy effects is meaning un-functional and un-focused. Could you elaborate a little deeper? I am not a fan of hazy un-functional and un-focused but otherwise it sounds interesting. Of course effects can vary from person to person and even for each person according to their state of health and especially sleep quality, so I'm not going to base a purchase decision on one persons sharing, but all info is definitely very much appreciated and useful

It's not Sativa Hybrid enough for me. They mixed original JH with an Indica, so it's basically not JH anymore. It's certainly quite a nice strain, though I felt grow quality was okay, nothing special, but it's gone too far Indica to justify me buying more when for me, other better options in that same category can be found.

Good question, for me the haze with LoG isn't heavy or headband-like I can still get things done. It puts my mind in a nice dreamy state where I can still focus which is nice just wish it also had that buzzing effect which classic Sativas usually have.

I feel most probably we're looking for the same effect. For me a 70/30 to 80/20 Sativa Hybrid is best - a perfect Jack Herer or White Widow phenotype or perhaps Cherry Pie or HeadCheese. I tried HeadCheese many times in Thailand a couple of years ago, but have not heard about it anywhere else - it's superb - Headband and maybe UKCheese cross. Very coffee feeling combined with Indica body buzz, yet focused and alert and highly creative. Jack Herer the same for me and White Widow is similar but slightly more definitive meditation focus, though I def get that from the other 2. So WW has of course a landrace Sativa from south India in it's genetics. I was embracing lots of the Kerala Sativas during the lockdowns when in Sri Lanka - it's amazing how the old school much lower THC can effect with the same intensity as 30T of modern day greenhouse cannabis. Strangely whilst out there, both myself and many Sri Lankans longed for high grade kush, but in the end after going to thailand just as it became legal and staying there for over a year after Sri lanka, I realised that both are equally potent in different ways . I'll keep you posted as I experiment over the coming months.....Gazzurple is def. worth trying, but it's sometimes just a tad too fuzzy / hazey for me.....just a little. Basically it's really great if I feel already energised to some degree - if I've slept well for instance....but unfortunately I'm on medical cannabis for very good reason and have ridiculous physical issues going on which makes sleep difficult and consistently troublesome. So feeling sufficiently tired, Gazzurple is not right. The Frozen Lemon Haze is similar to Gazzurple and it truly has a taste of frozen lemons, if you've ever had lemon sorbet....it's moving closer to the WW or JH etc, but still def. not at that level of operational affect. It's certainly worth trying at least once if nothing else is waving a bright flag. I think I'm going to write to a Director of IPS pharmacy. Formally they say they don't take requests, but I really feel I want to make the point about having that missing cannabis Hybrid niche in their inventory and that it's no good filling it with a gamma irradiated or preferably even not beta irrad. Also, that Union Jack Herer has maybe created a false sense of filling that niche because a real Jack Herer, non-irradiated, would

Hmmm....early afternoon I decided I had to try the Lamb of God at least once, so ordered it along with the other Headstone Black Mountain Side, so I'll leave my thoughts after trying. That YouTube vid is hilarious for so many reasons....hearing about that 5 month expiry date and dryness with the LoG is not so funny....

Gelatti Pie looks v interesting but £10 a g for irradiated is pushing it for me unless it's the perfect strain. Love hawaiian but some are too heady for me and my research seems to show the Faanta might be one of those. I've ordered LoG and BMS from Headstone, because their both non-irradiated and I thought might as well try once, since the non-irrad list is limited - will leave a note on how they felt to me

So, having had Lamb of God for over a month, I've decided heartiest congratulations are deserved of the Headstone crew. I'm very impressed in how they caught the qualities of both Lambs Bread and Super Lemon Haze in one flower - both genetic expressions are playfully noticeable and add their qualities into the recipe to provide an uplifted, reasonably clear headed, highly creative and spiritually inspiring effect, without anxiety even at high doses, plus I didn't feel particularly jittery at high doses either. I've had a heavy long illness / health condition for 25 years and part of the side effect is heavy chronic fatigue syndrome and pain disturbed sleep. I've def. had success with using LoG as a wake-n bake pick me up. I do get dizzy from many Sativas, though I need them for the CFS. So it's a great blessing when one arises that has awakening qualities without strong head haze, dizzyness, headband effect etc, yet still providing some uplifted very minor haze which is controllable and creative thus spiritually able.

I also tried the Black Mountain Side by Headstone. As a long time Cookies fan and a very long time Durban Poison fan, i was very impressed with the creativity that went into this strain.....cross breeding GSCookies back with one of it's original grandparents. It has a certain sophistication to it's Hybrid nature and is quite upbeat. I didn't buy anything since 5 weeks because I got a bit disheartened about the MedBud quality. These 2 strains were great but really too old bud provided, especially the BMS. The use by dates were 3 and 4 months and those strains only just came into IPS before Xmas which is not really very good....it's no wonder that most of the Uk MedBud is of inferior quality. Anyway, I very much hope both these 2 strains are kept in regular stock - 35 years of smoking on and off and I very much appreciate them, especially the Lamb of God. I still will be looking for a slightly more Sativa-dom Hybrid, but I'll always want some of this available at my home.
