On the insert it says it can't because image file type invalid and On the attachments it attached but stays at 0% and then doesn't appear when saved
Edited to add is the problem because it's HEIC image?

Ahh, yes HEIC is actually intentionally disabled because of poor browser support - many visitors wouldn't be able to view the screenshots:



You can use a website like this to easily convert to lossless PNG though.
