Clinic
Still Deciding
Hey, No idea how to ask this but I was self medicating mainly for severe anxiety, stress, depression and insomnia to the point the only way I've been able to properly eat regularly is that so I've been pushing myself to get help, but changes has made that impossible for me any more and I've been on off looking into a few clinics on here over the past couple months to try and find any that looked like they could help me the most and from what I could find on Cannabis Clinic Cardiff they look like hopefully one of the least anxiety inducing and caring ones, atleast from what I've read on here.

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what their requirements are? On one page it says medication or therapy but on their FAQ it only says two therapies and I've been far too anxious to try and contact them to ask myself. I've been prescribed multiple medications before but I've never had any chance to have therapy since the anxiety and stress have always been too much to try, that and the 2 year minimum wait list I was always told about but no idea how true that is, I have had two very bad experiences with counselling when I was young if that counts but I'd be surprised if either were on my medical record.

Thanks in advance and sorry I've always been terrible at explaining anything.

Welcome, if you've had 2 'treatments' you should be good. This could be medication or counselling or therapy or a mixture of any of them.

If you have further questions on anything they are quite responsive to emails - I get huge anxiety about phonecalls and they are aware of this and the only calls I do with them are my consultations, everything else they do for me via email.

They are a wonderful supportive clinic, sounds like you would likely be accepted based on what you shared here. It's hard I know, but they know it's hard too so would encourage you to get in touch and see if they can help
