Well CB1 Medical, they've well and truly pissed us off today. She emailed yesterday via the Script Assist app, with no response, and emailed again via normal email today, with no response. The wife rang them earlier. Sat on hold as number one in the queue for over half an hour, probably all ditched at 4pm. Luckily she has access to meds this weekend otherwise this would have been a shocking bit of service. They're so hit-and-miss at times.
Guarantee that the Royal Mail email will come through tonight and I'll have to eat my words. But regardless if it does, why ghost patients?
