Hi folks. I'm a spinal pain patient trying to stay away from prescription opiates having got off them. I've done the reading on medical cannabis and what to expect when applying (thanks to MedBud). I've also done the legwork and got a copy of my Summary Care Record. I'm about to apply to Medicann but have a quick question about the video calls/interview. ie; What software is needed and can it be done via PC/Laptop? The reason I ask is I've de-googled and locked down my smartphone and would rather not have to undo it all (old fart, patience at zero and falling). Thanks.

With regards to Medicann I'm also with them as a completely new patient like yourself, been with them from August/September 2025 and everything was done over the phone via call, no video which made the process a whole lot easier as I've never been a fan of video calls.

Hi @Catweazle and welcome to the Community. Usually its a telephone call so no software for a video call shouldn't be needed . Medicann Usually send you a link after your Consultation linking your NHS health records up for them to comb through. All you need to do is upload your SOC during the application process.

Quick over the dog n bone onboarding with Sunny. Almost immediate clinic web/app access to select medical products and submit your self-compiled script, payment and next-dat delivery before 1pm and further additional options available to email an alert and responsive service team for anything, even just to ave a chat lol
