Just wanted to come and introduce myself. I've been a medical patient for around 3 years now. I've been around a bit, Cantourage > Alternaleaf > Integro.

I've been trying out lots of budget strains recently as I'm not in work due to an injury, so always trying to find the best flower for the price.

Nice one mate, hope you're well. Found anything good recently? The liberation lemon cake that I got from IPS at £3pg is an absolute steal. Dry, but effects are good. Increased focus, improved mood and decreased pain. Hits way harder than I was expecting for a 20% as well. Looks like they still have some stock in.

Nice one mate, hope you're well. Found anything good recently? The liberation lemon cake that I got from IPS at £3pg is an absolute steal. Dry, but effects are good. Increased focus, improved mood and decreased pain. Hits way harder than I was expecting for a 20% as well. Looks like they still have some stock in.

Hey paulexx, I have sadly, they keep getting rubbish after I join so I think I'm cursed at this point for example, Integro I joined a few months ago when they were one of the most celebrated clinics - they've been terrible and everyone has said that the service has gotten worse. I'm half tempted to just bite the bullet and go to Medicann while everyone is raving about it, but I really like my nurse at Integro so I'm torn.

Recently everything I've gotten has been amazing, the quality has improved so much, even just in the past 6 months. But the quality I was getting 3 years ago for £9/10g was worse than the liberation lemon cake that I bought for £3g a few days ago. Recently my favourites have probably been the medicus range - fire cookies and apple fritter. Also really loving: 4C Labs pink kush, IPS mac 3, gorilla kush, 4C Labs bubba kush (I really like Kush as you might be able to tell...)

I've had some great stuff this month: the liberation lemon cake is great, see my messages above for some pictures. At £3g everyone should go get some now.

Big narsties gorilla kush for £4.95g is fantastic, stinks of citrus and hits like blueberry, heavy behind the eyes, great for pain.

The IPS mac3 is lovely for £5.95g, dry but effects there and it's got some nice chunky buds that are covered in crystals with the standard mac beefy smell.
