Hopefully, this will persuade a couple of people I know to pivot in a healthier direction and to make more informed decisions about their healthcare (with a little funny thrown in!) Will do homie, thanks for the encouragement! I'm aiming to do a good quality video every week or two, I'm quite poorly at the moment, which makes it a little hard. Today I learnt the importance of a good thumbnail & not releasing your video at midnight on a Saturday

Mornin' dude. You're right, it can take it out of you! I used to do some public speaking when I was involved in politics, but that was very different to speaking into a camera.

I'm having a lot of fun, learning new things, and speaking to cool people who share my interests, & I couldn't hope for more to be honest! (a script on the NHS would be cool, though )
