General post/question for anyone to answer.

For me personally it's the availability of at least 3.5g sample packs, preferably 1g sample packs. There's numerous commercial reasons why this wouldn't be viable without a slightly higher cost per gram on small pack sizes, but overall would save patients so much money on trialling medications to find what's most suitable for them.

I have a bit of a 'graveyard' here of medication I didn't get on with, but had to buy 10g to trial - and refuse to throw away through the sheer expense of it 😅
(and emergency backup!)

Switch to NHS immediately and like other medications,, normal prescription prices/ exemptions apply. They say they want to fix the NHS then this would be a great start. I say this as a carer for someone with rheumatoid arthritis whose had all sorts of meds prescribed her over the last 15years and would benefit immensely from the oils and various other products available through private clinics. She refuses to go private and won't even try CBD oil as it's not prescribed by rheumatology.

Actually, this topic made me think of the little pack things I've ordered in the CBD thread. If they will be any good... Cool pots though for the final leg. A dark cupboard is waiting

Your client may benefit from the pain and inflammation relief for sure. But biologics are extremely necessary as I’m sure you know.

dose the medical exemtion apply to medical cannabis

No not at all, not whilst it done with the current system ,this is just a hope that a normalization of medical cannabis sweeps over the UK. So those normal medical costs applied like any other medication prescribed on the NHS.
