Flower Input Required: Updating Expiry Dates

Hola buenos día hiya all and how’s everyone doing 😊

Just received my order of Cosmic Cream third order and what a letdown from the second order to the third order and called Curaleaf and told them and send attachment of how dry is the nugget to how small from the first order to the second and now the third plus the weight is under as well which they can’t do a lot of it because they said it’s monitored and some other stuff that’s in the end they can’t help and I am again lost out so yah here is the pictures oh yah the stalks twigs so much of them which’s adding to the weight of the flower ok Happy Friday to everyone and have a blessed day and weekend ✌🏽
Is this the £3.50g batch?

I was at hospital appointment today and the doctor couldn't believe the prices of medicine's that Medical Patients are expected to pay and then add to that quality and consistency of supply it's a battle at times!

That's pretty poor, like @GrownHealth said, there is a lot of flower that's very poor for the price, we need to do something as MC Patients about this. We can complain but some Companies are just ignoring us. I don't know if the overdry flower is being stored for to long or incorrectly or just the stuff they haven't been able shift elsewhere 🤔 🤷

IKR crazy £8.50 for 1g of this dust and twigs 😔 so please avoid unless you’re going to get your prescription from another 😉
It shouldn't matter which clinic/pharmacy as they only prescribe it and this is the packagers/producers at fault unless it's very short date and If I ordered it from my clinic it would probably be the same as your pot.

I have in the last 9mths collected my twigs, I have just on an ounce of them.
It’s really bad but if wasn’t for this place I would not have been able to know how or what to expect or do and many of us are feeling the same about this place and I am grateful ☺️ and everyday I learn something new 🆕 everyday knowledge and sharing it helps us all 🙏🏽 ✌🏽 ☮️

I was thinking that earlier - Its a great journey, so much experience + knowledge here. I'm really positive about MedBud as a whole now. 💚

There is an Organisation, is it called the CQC (CQC) that could get involved?
They don't do anything it seems - even with far worse cases than our medication issues. Seems most of these quangos just for show.

We should setup a patients union, Hold them to account every time. MedBud union £5 monthly lol. Some of the stuff i have seen you would get done in on the bm for selling it.

Ok had a respond back “ stating they’re sorry etc etc bla bla followed by going to contact the supplier with the information and images you have provided, they will analyse the information and come back to me with the next steps more bla bla 😒 followed by “( The supplier may request the product to be returned to them for further investigation Please do not dispose of the product and continue to store it in accordance with the instructions as this may need to be returned to the supplier. If a collection is requested, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. Please be advised that a collection does not guarantee a refund or replacement and the product cannot be returned to you, regardless of the outcome of the investigation. “) soooooooo what 😮 in gods This is…….. I’ve no words 😶followed by this (“Once the manufacturer receives the medication, it can take up to 20 working days to investigate the medication and provide a response. Rest assured we will contact them regularly for updates on the status of the investigation.”) is this a joke ? 🤷🏽‍♀️

No its a very real terrible response to a problem they should own. New meds sent - shitty meds returned. refund then investigate.
I would -
1) Phone Cannabis Clinic Cardiff, CB1 Medical or Integro Monday.
2) Get in new clinic and do chargeback.

I think £5 a month is too much for people on benefits, even working you only pay the cost of a pint each month, the North West prices, not London prices 😂. I was a Union Representative for years In my last Occupation, Health & Safety rep, Fire Warden ect for a Large Mining Company. I would be willing to help set up a Patient Union, I know we have it here in a way, I suppose it's a start?

After my experience with Jorja Emerson Centre (https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/jorjaemersoncentre.com) last year the only current way to stand up them is bank then legal. I added legal £25/yr to my insurance to cover it if it does go that far. Only way I can see now.
