Warning Added Insect Contamination in Curaleaf GG4 (Batch: CURA00192581) [Video Proof]

I will be calling Montu first thing to advise about the insects in gorilla glue
I have a video of me opening and finding the insects and also photos.

Let’s see how it gets handled, and I will of course appreciate anyone’s input on what else I need to do regarding raising it with the proper people.

There’s a few facets to this issue. My prescription is already JUST enough for the month; so being left 10g down is going to be a problem.
I truly believe the process regarding issues with meds needs to be taken more seriously to ensure patients aren’t left without medicine. The clinics/pharmacies should be taking the responsibility whilst they go back to the manufacturer.

Of course this is my first time with any kind of issue like this so I wanted to make a point of documenting the process for others to see :)

Did you pay by creditcard which i insist you all do and use the added security of a section 75 chargeback on faulty goods to your arguement on a refund. What sucks is they have to leave you down 10g i ordered 20g of buggle bath 20g down would mean trouble.
 
I’ve spoken with Montu this morning, the agent was extremely helpful they’re already aware of an issue because they keep their eye online, but I’m the first actual Montu customer apparently.

I’ve sent over all my evidence, they have someone meeting with Curaleaf QC to discuss it all; and in the meantime they will issue me a further prescription for another item later today.

I’ll update more once I get anymore info.
 
Apprehensive about opening my new ones ,seems this place is crawling. Good to see they reacted quickly as you would of been short. (y)

Believe it or not the new items been issued already, and I haven’t been asked to pay…. So 🤷🏻‍♀️ if that’s how it’s handled honestly I couldn’t ask for better from the clinic really

Props to Montu for handling the issue so well, unfortunately I don't believe this would have been handled so swiftly at some other pharmacies that we've seen push back on such complaints in the past.
 
I have been dispatched a totally different strain/brand today, at no extra charge to me: the gorilla glue is being collected in the next few days and I have to keep it quarantined until then.

Truthfully, I’m not sure that Alternaleaf and Montu, and the whole team could have done anything better truthfully. It’s probably the best service from anyone I’ve had post covid.

I haven't found anything yet, but will keep checking, I've only had a little of it and my batch ends 637
