Clinics Integro Clinics

So I noticed that now, anyone wanting to join Integro as a new patient can join via big Narstie medical(which is not a clinic) and basically get signed up to Integro clinics with zero clinic fees. As a loyal patients for over 2 years it feels rather disappointing and a bit of a kick in the teeth that existing Integro patients haven't been passed on this same saving.

Just thought maybe it should be something added to the clinic info of both companies as for 1, there is absolutely no reason to join through Integro unless they give us the same benefit if zero clinic fees and for 2, us existing patients(now more customer than others using the same clinic) are having to pay for consultations still with a longer wait time because anyone who has joined through bnm also uses the consultation slots and for free.

We were told that we were paying for a higher level of care and service when some of us asked due to Medicann being free and with a cheaper delivery cost using the same pharmacy( IPS), so to then give bnm patients free access to Integro means not only are those patients not paying for a higher level of service and care but we are receiving a lesser service and level of care due to the onboarding of all the bnm patients who get no clinic fees.

I'd love to know if it's possible to switch from Integro to bnm without needing an initial consultation considering you are literally signing up to Integro through a third party and getting the same service with zero clinic fees.

Don't you think that's a bit of a kick in the teeth to older patients who have helped Integro grow as a company?

I can't say much here publicly, but revised Integro fees are coming somewhere around next month. I hope for the best, given the precedent you've highlighted (both Big Narstie and Medicann).

As for swapping. unfortunately I don't know the answer - but hopefully you might not need to 🤞

Thanks for the little glint of hope.. 😂

It got a little frustrating when everyone was leaving for medicann. I have ASD so switching is quite daunting and I was hoping to not be made to switch.

The only saving grace for me lately has been the gsr strains which I've been very happy with. I know a friend at medicann hasn't had as good access to that and it's all I have got since December probably.

Hopefully we will see prices come more in line with what else is available elsewhere.

Honestly, the fact that Medicann is powered by Integro and using their CQC registration, I'm kinda shocked Integro let themselves be undercut on their own service - effectively gobbling up patients they could have had direct themselves, without another middle-man/cost.

The major issue with Medicann causing constant controversy is that they try non-compliantly blocking patients choosing their own pharmacy - under regulations, you can even have your physical script sent to you at home. You literally have the right/choice where your owned physical prescription is sent.

Thanks. That's some very interesting info and good to know. I knew Medicann was using IPS bit didn't realise they were powered by Integro.

I wonder how many people left Integro and jumped ship to Medicann. I know if a few already.

The more I hear about integros practices the more it disappoints me to be honest. Service wise, they have been great but the more I hear the more I realise how they have been taking advantage of their existing customers with high charges.

Seeing bnm get free clinic fees was the final biscuit after telling us we pay more for a higher level of service and care. They really have slipped lately also.

The portal is terrible to use for me. The last 2 phones I've used to use it have both had issues with the portal freezing when it's not down all together.

Doesn't seem such a high level of service in comparison to others anymore. Lol

My last medical/follow up was with BNM. I don't have any issue with them and they seem pretty clued in on the whole scene.

The portal on the other hand is complete garbage. It looks like it was coded by a first year doing web design as a degree. It performs just as badly. The frontend should sell the company and that monstrosity screams like it was done on the cheap and it makes the company look bad.

FTR, I also came in via Grow Access Project, so don't pay full fees. But my experience hasn't been bad and i'm not looking to change in the near future.

I agree the portal is terrible currently. It freezes constantly when it's working and there have been far too many occasions when it's not working at all.

Bnm is not actually a clinic and just on boards you with Integro so your medical/follow up would have been with Integro rather than bnm I assume.

Bnm have also scrapped all clinic fees with Integro if you sign up through bnm where as the clinic fees are £49 a consultation if you are with Integro directly at the moment.

If they don't put their fees more inline with what bnm and Medicann are offering them I will be looking to move as it's rather disappointing that they aren't giving their loyal older patients the same benefit as other companies who sign you up to Integro with zero clinic fees.. I also joined with gap over 2 years ago and at the time it made it much cheaper to join Integro but now there is absolutely no reason to join Integro directly when they have other companies using their services for less money with the same level of service.

Don't know what I paid for my last follow up, don't think it was much. Also the number that called me for the follow up didn't track back to Integro (and yes I did check it). I went and looked for it and it was this one: 07599463811 with corresponding email being care@bignarstiemedical.com and I spoke to someone called Shay. My assumption was Integro had handed off follow ups to BNM instead of running them in-house, maybe as a cost cutting exercise. I'm also not sure about why they have changed the payment portal system at least twice, but it does work fine at the minute.

Whether people leave is up to them. Even if I had to pay £49, i'd still stick with them for now. I wouldn't go to Medicann personally, I see too many horror stories and same with a few of the other clinics. It seems not all clinics will prescribe for mental health related issues like ASD and ADHD either. I don't see this as any different to if you get a private ADHD consultation and have to shell out money for drugs after it. it's not cheap, but it boils down to quality of life and if I have to throw money at it to achieve a better quality, then such is life. But i'm simple and I think what I have now is reasonable and I like things to just work and don't like changing things or things to change. If they reduce prices, great, but if they don't I probably won't change either. Also the follow up is like once in a while and not monthly.

It's not the £49 fee that bothers me. It is the fact that as you can see, bnm is full clinic care via Integro as bnm is not a clinic.

When a few people asked about clinic fees possibly being reduced when Medicann appeared and were not only free but postage from IPS is £5 instead of 7.99 for the same service we were told that we are paying for a higher level of care. Medicann are also powered by Integro as it's been pointed out so they are allowing another clinic to use their CQC registration and give a service to patients at a lower cost than its own patient base.

Now they have done the same with bnm by allowing them to use their full clinic care and services as get zero clinic fees when we were told we were paying more for a higher level of care.

I know someone who went from Integro to Medicann and he has been pretty happy but there are strains that I've had access to more consistently than he can get them and those are the strains I've been getting for a while now. He has however had other strains at good discounts that he's been more than happy with.

It's not a nice feeling to have been a patient with Integro for over 2 years and then watch them give their clinic services to other companies for free while telling us we are paying for a higher level of care.. we clearly aren't now that bnm is also using their full clinic services and also has access to the same stock we do without having to pay clinic fees that we pay.

I myself have ASD so this sort of thing plays on my mind a fair bit when I can see we are not being dealt with fairly. If the other companies had the same fees then I wouldn't have a problem paying the £49 for a 6 monthly consultation but if other companies using our clinic services are getting zero clinic fees then we should also be entitled to have the same zero clinic fees. We have been patients that have helped Integro grow as a company after all so why punish us by excluding us from benefits that other companies get while using the same clinic services.

Note that it says bnm get full clinical care via Integro but without having to pay any of the clinic fees.. that's the issue with being a patient with Integro directly ATM.

I guess BNM had to find someone clinic wise to tap into that market as I thought they were primarily a grower. I'm interested in how they manage to offer it without fees. is their markup within the flower sales that is covering the fees? I guess if they have at least one healthcare worker on site they can handle the follow ups themselves, but they need Integro for the initial medicals and prescribing, basically the legal bit, but it seems Integro maybe thought to hand off follow ups for all patients to them. But the question still is how do they cover the fees.

Just got an email from them that thanks for registering, please provide the SCR, etc.

I did not register with Integro at all. Especially not with the email I got this registration attempt to. Only Cannabis Clinic Cardiff knows that specific email.
Did they get my email from Big Narstie somehow, or what? 😁
Big Narstie have Integro as the full clinic services . Big Narstie medical is not a clinic as such.

They just get Integro full services without the cost that Integro patients have which sucks for older Integro patients.

I know this, my point is the ONLY place I use that email is Cannabis Clinic Cardiff, so the only pathway I see is somehow CCC -> BNM -> IPS -> Integro.

I definitely did not sign up, especially with that specific email. That's reserved for CCC.

So I am not that happy about this, I am sensitive about data.

Ah I misunderstood as thought maybe you were signing up to Big Narstie as you had me ruined them without context.

Yeah that would be a bit annoying.

Are CCC getting taken over by Integro? That's the only reason i can see for a single use email being migrated across a system. No other reasons are valid. Either way i'd send them an email asking how they got that email given it was only in use for one clinic and unused for anything else.

CCC use the email address when they send you the second email with a pdf of the prescription attached - the pharmacy it is going to is on the same email so gets your email address that way.

So could be CCC - IPS - Integro, not that a pharmacy should be using your email address for anything other than script fulfilment related correspondence

Not saying that is it but just pointing out how the email address can travel

My brother who is with a different clinic to you has also got this same email today from Integro. He has never emailed them before.

This must be a pharmacy that has leaked the email addresses. But I don’t get how the sign up links in with it.

Was thinking it’s a scam, as it asks for documents. But it’s from the correct address for Integro, so looks legit.
