IPS holding flower for new clinic and getting worse for Integro patients.

Soz I posted not lo g about about the fact IPS seems to not be stocking cheaper flowers lime the safricanna ecocann and other flowers available elsewhere.

Feel like we aren't really being looked after as Integro/IPS patients. Well now it seems that ips are medicanns pharmacy under their return address name of VPR and are holding all the reduced stock for them as well as giving them access to flower that us loyal Integro/IPS patients aren't able to get.

Honestly as someone with ASD, this is really starting to play with my head and make me feel like I'm not valued as a patient. I've praised IPS and Integro to no end but the last few months I've been reluctant to get anything because we aren't being given access to many of the flowers or lower priced end of stock stuff.

I dont feel like it's very fair to suddenly give preference to a new clinic when us older loyal patients are made to feel like we don't matter. IPS have go e silent on many issue when trying to raise them or ask about availability and it's a complete contrast to the excellent service we have received until the last few months.

What's going on with IPS ATM. I feel like I'm being punished for staying with Integro and IPS when they are sending other flower to a new clinic all while telling us Integro patients that things are out of stock and not available ATM.

I hope IPS are going to fix this issue and not alienate patients who have helped get them to where they currently are. Seriously what's going on.

Same bud, I'm AuDHD amongst other things, and stuff like this drives my sense of justice wild.

I don't have any other answer than the one I usually employ which is to at least not give my money to those I see as being the worst - my clinic are fair and patient centred and let patients choose any pharmacy (like all clinics are supposed to) so if what you say is true I'll be avoiding IPS where possible
 
Yea that's what's frustrating to me is that IPS and Integro have been amazing over the last 2 years up until the last couple of months where it's increasingly harder to speak to someone from ips who actually takes your concerns seriously.

It doesn't feel like they are being very transparent with us loyal patients about our concerns and instead of giving a reason why we are just fobbed off and pointed towards strains which are totally different and higher prices.

I have also asked IPS and Integro how we would go about sending our prescription to other pharmacies which do stock the lower priced flowers I've seen available for more than a month and it's just been ignored and not answered.

I understand it's a business but it really doesn't feel great when you've been loyal and then watch a clinic appear that's cheaper fees and cheaper postage but using the same pharmacy as you get with a cess to more reduced flowers as well as other flowers that haven't been made available to us at Integro/IPS.

Using a different pharmacy name but the same address feels like they are trying to do this on the quiet and just totally disregarding it's previous patient base. Do us old loyal patients not deserve access to cheaper prices and other flowers available even though or because we are paying more to be a patient?

This really doesn't feel good and I feel like it's going to have a pretty big impact on integro as people will start to leave and look for cheaper prices etc.

All I want is fair access and to get made to feel like I'm a valued patient and not just someone who's helped them grow as a business before they cut you off due to a new clinic who they give preference to.

I hope this gets addressed and us Integro patients aren't allowed left feeling like we aren't important.

People were quick to jump to Alternaleaf for various reasons from other clinics and I see this happening to Medicann with people leaving Integro for better and cheaper availability even though they are using the same pharmacy.

Integro patients getting poor service while watching a new clinic get preferential treatment from the same pharmacy shouldn't be a thing at all. Give us the same great service we have been used to since joining rather than alienating us and making us feel like we don't matter.
 
I hope it gets addressed for you, but my instinct (and experence of medical cannabis of over a year) tells me it's unlikely, and that as upsetting and upheaving as it is having to change clinics it might be worth it at some stage. You need to do what's right for you, and I'm not sure these companies factor loyalty from patients into their decisions at all.

I started with Mamedica®, but over time got to realise I was unvalued (lots of reasons, including not responding to written communication - I can't do phone calls) finally pushed me to change clinic - at this point at 6month with my new clinic I'm so happy I moved. I picked my current clinic both because they don't seem to engage in the dodgy dealings, and because they understand that written communication for some people is an accessibility aid and shouldn't be ignored or go on the bottom of the pile every time.

Got to do what we need to, to get the meds we need and with the least stress and strain possible

Yea it would be a big deal to have to try and move clinic. It was a huge stress for me going through the whole process in the first place. Just the thought of having to switch is a huge stress and the whole idea is very draining for me. Lol

I would hate to have to switch clinic and I just hope that Integro take note that their patients feel a bit uncared for and like they don't matter anymore. There shouldn't be any gate keeping between 2 clinics using the same pharmacy. It just seems ridiculous to me.

I hope by people talking about issues like this, Integro/ IPS will take note and give us back the excellent service we are used to.

We are already paying more in clinic fees and now it's more expensive postage compared to Medicann as well as not seeing the price reduction on flowers that medicann is seeing even though some of them are showing close to expiry on IPS stock list. We shouldn't be paying more for the same flower that's held at the same location with the same expiry date. It needs to be made fair for everyone.

I understand and feel this comment deeply.

Things like this are absolutely huge to people like us, and I put off signing up for MC in the first place, and switching, for as long as I could, I wish we could get extra support with dealing with this stuff, but it's often still hard enough to just get recognition for struggling with it in the first place 🫂

I get anxiety but joining my clinic was super easy and there new to mainland Uk but actually one of the oldest clinics Medicann and yeah there’s no fees
But we don’t have access to everything on offer from ips like for ages I’d seen on the med bud page top right where says discounts there was several we had yet were full price from ips and so not all get reduced then they did give us 40 of the attomic grapefruit but iv seen loads others on the reduced section we don’t get I think from what I gather it’s only 2 clinics that you can order anything from any clinic so would be able to order anything from that reduced section and that’s like Cannabis Clinic Cardiff but there £400 a year but then if you then buy everything when it’s on offer you may well
Save the £400 pretty quickly I’m glad I chose free clinic just to see how goes and so far so good and I get anxious but people say it’s super easy to change clinic just ask discharge note it’s on script assistance so don’t think even have to ask for it then think just give that new clinic and it’s sorted but like my clinic as only £4.99 for nnd if pay by 2.30pm so it’s worth ordering more often for me in hope grabbing some offers as everyone’s in same boat and I can’t afford the really expensive ones so probably only way il get them is if an offer but no we definitely haven’t had all the ips offers but same time I’m grateful for ones have had as say from what I can figure tho unless go to say ccc clinic that’s only way of having option of any of the offeres otherwise it’s just if they decide to buy some or have some but they reduced one other day none of us are buying as only had 2 days date and they still wanted £6 a g ideally want offers to be half price or less but some are literally a few pounds on the list on this forum page… but yeah we did get some of the attomic Grapefruit half price but only 40 between us all and we did try to share them among us I tried to let people know when i spotted the offer as iv missed some and we have supreme diesel for £65 that think was selling for more but we definitely not getting all the offeres I wish I even commented how we don’t get all ips offers that are showing on main board unless we have different batches but seems we actually just reduce later than the rest if at all they extend dates a lot 🤕but least with free clinic I’m not paying before getting anything but then as say if pay £400 to go with ccc then you can get every offer going 🤷‍♀️
