Well this was weird. My clinic sent the prescription to IPS, where they should have the GMO rosin, but then I get a reply from Specials Pharma that there is no GMO and a rewrite is needed. I'm like what??? According to tracking, it did not go to Dagenham, where Specials is... I don't get it!

From what I can tell they appear to bulk send prescriptions each day

So may have given you the tracking link for the right parcel to the right pharmacy, but your paper may have been in the wrong parcel to a different pharmacy

By all accounts, including my own recently, they seem to have gotten into a bit of a muddle at the moment somehow with a few mistakes going on. They have built up a fair bit of patience with me though, they will get through it I'm sure - Dec madness won't be helping

If you let them know what seems to have gone on they should bang out another one to the right place I'm sure

But I already let them know something is not right, highlighting the pharmacy inconsistency.

Only worried about running out of GMO before I can get that Christmas cart! I really want hash rosin and there's only 2, and the slurricane seems too sedative, pain-focused for me which I don't need.
