Rang them yesterday before paying for my order to confirm it was in stock and they would send it out for today.
I hadn't got any emails, so I checked the IPS portal and it now says "to order in". I literally paid whilst I was on the phone to them after they confirmed stock was in.
So now I'm having to file chargebacks via the bank and likely go to BM during the week because now I won't be getting any delivery before Wednesday/Thursday at the earliest.
Also, I don't wanna be that guy, and I know why given the people who run the pharmacy but it amazes me they put non-english speakers on the phones. I suspect there's a lot of friends and family hiring given how thick they are.
Ive has to use BM more in the last month than I did in the previous 3 years.

You should still have had it sent out mate and I've not received notification when stuff has been sent out from them recently but I can't help but think the new stock status will not affect your order
