I got excited for a minute. At Integro they have the extracts listed for £40 on the stock list but when you look on the prescription list to add anything it is indeed £80.

Already had the postie around mate, he's got nothing else for us today unfortunately either.

I think this is a case of the person on the phone not having a good grasp of the English language. which isn't my problem and its still not good enough.

When I first rang I explained why I was ringing and they said if you want to check stock you should ring before payment.... thats literally what I was doing.

If it shows up today then the IPS portal, my postie and my emails have all had a bit of an off day.

Another postie turned up with it just now so I’ve got egg on my face a little.

I’ve raised a formal complaint with IPS because the lack of clear updates and contradictory tracking really triggered my C-PTSD today. That spiral of stress then bled into everything and I ended up kicking off at the mrs over stuff that wasn’t even related and all sorts.
