Atomic Sour Grapefruit now available @ £3.95
Now in stock instead of available to order 
Anyone else having issues with IPS sending out the reduced Atomic Sour Grapefruit? I paid for mine through the IPS dashboard yesterday, showing as in stock.
Today I receive an email stating that it has now sold out, and that I either need to pay £7.90 per gram for the product or receive a refund!!
Does consumer law not apply to IPS? As the item was showing as in stock and my payment has been made, is this not a binding contract?
Absolutely terrible service from IPS, just gets worse each month.

Thanks mate, not the best start to the day with an email like that!Welcome to the forum @42O and another person had a similar thing happen to them yesterday but they had not got as far as paying as it was just in their basket and the fact you'd paid for it sounds is even worse
Surely if IPS had any respect towards their patients, they'd honour the price I paid and accept their mistake. Unfortunately everything about them is profit driven, no care for the patient at all
Clearly being a loyal long term customer/patient at IPS means nothing to them, it's not like the product isn't in stock either.. They just want more money

So it seems IPS is a bit low on lower priced strains again ATM unless you want smalls. The last few smalls I had were a terrible experience and I've asked a couple times over the last few months if and when we will be getting access to all the safricanna strains we used to have access to with ips.
I don't want to sound like a broken record but it's been pretty frustrating seeing lots of lower priced strains I'd love to get hold of and IPS not really giving a straight answer why we can't have it on the to be ordered list like all the other more expensive Curaleaf strains we get access to.
I noticed another new one called Nag Champa, Garlic truffles. The list goes on. It's like ips won't give us access to any of the safricanna strains that are £5.50 or less and also Rent making it very clear which strains they hold are safricanna.
I was sure we would get the big Narstie golden runtz but nope.. seems we can't have that either.
Heres a list of some of the safricanna strains available elsewhere that we haven't had access to at all since the grow/IPS partnership ended . If we can have the ones At 5.95 then why not any of the others which some we used to have access to.
It really doesn't seem very fair when you would hope they listen to their patients and try and give us the medication we want but instead just want to push other stuff in really not interested in trying.
Come on IPS. All these strains that we can't have access to. I know it's almost a huge amount cheaper than some others but it's the principle and the fact say on 50g that's £25 saved even over something £6. Gets much more of a saving when you compare it to other stuff available that I've often found no better than the safricanna strains I've tried previously.

Exactly same experience myself over a year plus on medical. Been medicating myself for close to 30 years too and what I got for premium prices at first when i joined medical was a joke. Pretty much nothing worked for me. All the high THC claims had zero effects on me and mine. I medicate for CP so pretty nothing tickled it at all. Then i found cheaper options that work 10x better then the more expensive ones but they go OOS in a blitz. It sucks but IIWII. Thought ill try more hyped more expensive flowers and boy was I dissapointed lol

. Luke all these strains over the past 3-4 months now probably and we haven't been given access to them at all through IPS. I know myself and others have tried asking and just get told they don't stock it. No answer as to why we can't order them like the many other Curaleaf flowers we can order that are higher priced.The higher priced strains don't last any longer than the less expensive strains for me and the effects often aren't worth the extra price increase.
Getting stoned walled and not allowed access doesn't feel very good at all considering many of us are patients who helped their pharmacy grow as one of the go to pharmacies. Now we aren't given access to flower we want through them.
I use a fair amount myself each month so there is a huge price difference in script cost when going between 5.50 and lower strains to 7.50 and higher strain prices.
Patients trying to stick to a lower budget should have access to all these cheaper strains and not forced to get stuff at higher prices that they don't want. It's very disappointing that IPS just don't seem to care about people trying to stick to the lower priced flower.

Yup, absolutely spot on with all you said. They all money oriented sadly. But they should def allow us to access all the damn meds we want. Those who got extra to spend can enjoy whatever they want if that suits them but the majority would def appreciate the cheaper options which beats the more expensive ones in potency and medicinal effects. Some of the strongest ukmc flower I had costed £5.5 and was gone after 1st repeat. Tried most £85 flowers and they all were meh to me and most didn't even feel that I'm vaping anything at all which is a joke right. For me its whack to even think such flowers could even tickle my CP but I tried and was dissapointed a lot. But thats in the past. We all have to get passed the learning curve

So I just noticed that this Sundaze® strain was reduced from £8.50 down to £6.50 and has huge amounts of stock available... Surprise surprise it's another reduced strain that isn't stocked at IPS even though it's packed by IPS. Tbf in not sure i would be bothering with it anyway at £6.50.
Also noticed we do have access to the Upstate huckleberry but with such a huge quantity and close to expiry. It would be nice to see the price drop a bit lower still. I'd be tempted to get it as a cheap flower alongside something a bit nicer as a treat. I'm defo not liking the trend of cheap and reduced strains not being available at IPS more often than not. At least not available to Integro patients where Medicann patients were getting more price reduced flower we don't have access to.
It would also be nice to see our postage fees reduced to be the same as Medicann. We already pay more clinic fees. Why should we be paying more for our flower to be sent to us compared to other clinics using the same pharmacy.
