I was a member here had to leave 2 months ago leaving me 4 or 5 weeks without meds and never receive a full script and if you need a rewrite which is all the time forget it not happening before your next script really bad service .

Seems they're under a parent company that is in administration, maybe they don't like the fact becoming public knowledge, but it seems the harm done to their "brand" is completely self inflicted by the service they are currently providing. I mean you've only go to go two posts above this one to see a patients plight over the last couple of months. Unacceptable . Then to want the warnings removed when they are there to warn patients of what patients are experiencing at present at this clinic is absurd.
Really need to sort their own house out .

They need to just dissapear. Hopefully it wont be a rebrand like Curaleaf when a clinic destroys its reputation they should be shunned no matter how many name changes they attempt. The Goverment left all the vulnerable people to the mercy of these kind of operations shame on them as well.

Though to be honest with this behaviour, sounds like the grave is already open, and they are merrily digging down as far as they can go before jumping in

None of this says 'patient care priority 1', or even 'serious business looking to resolve temporary issues', and the main indicator appears to be patients using the door

It looks like a toddler CEO chucking their toys about - standard mouthy self-entitled bully no doubt, bet they are a TREAT to work for

Think you hit the nail on the head with your post , hopefully this has passed now but the warnings Jorja Emerson Centre clinics wanted taking down are still up and so they should be , as they warn patients of the problems others are encountering, Apparently it's not the first time MedBud has been threatened in such a way . They must think MedBud is an easy target ,but the way I see MedBud is as the patients voice in this instance . So they are literally attacking patients voices for speaking the truth. Yes probably is a landlord too

Bang fookin on @Lank72 , It's literally our money and our money alone that keeps their razmataz going , another problem is we can produce better goods then them and don't need them if they're going to be elitist. Just a slight adjustment in the law and we good.

Patient Abuse, Need investigating !!

Due to the aggressive nature they bestow upon patients and some patients I am guessing ringing on private numbers abusing the staff verbally. You can not ring with a withheld or private number as from today.

I rang to ask for a refund, soon as I placed the phone down I thought, hang on.. I need to ask another question about getting it in an email, so I had proof that the refund would be actioned.

Rang back within 20 seconds, and they have blocked my number from contacting them further.
