I was wondering what clinic people recommend who have been using med for a while and have moved clinics, hindsight you have experienced. I am with releaf but they do not appear to offer prescriptions to use elsewhere and will not discuss what they have available with me. Although they are very quick and efficient I need to have some choice to find what is right for me, so may look into moving clinics in the coming months. I would say in hindsight releaf is probably one of the best clinics for someone new to med can who has not experienced it before, but for someone used to it it’s frustrating not being able to choose what you want, I sit in envy looking at users here and what they have available and choose each month.

I have read the clinic list and note which other users are with, I am tempted to try CB1 Medical, Curaleaf, or Mamedica®. The cost of consultation and moving is not really a concern, its more about having a good range to choose from to find the right one for me.

I ordered that as a daytime one, reviews sound good on it especially for the price!

Update: Applied to CB1 Medical on Tuesday mid pm, great communications via email to get me setup, passed eligibility as I had my medical summary to upload. Today (Friday) just had my video conference, really friendly doctor, went through my conditions, and explained why I want to move from releaf regarding quantity allowed and having choice. I am now allowed up to 60g per month which they state is maximum, except in exceptional circumstances they will go to 90 but requires a full team meeting, 60 is fine for me (I can order less). Prescription made up, awaiting receipt to pay. I am advised to await delivery and see if I am happy before requesting a discharge letter from releaf made out to me that I will forward to cb1, I will do this next week when my prescription arrives.

Overall, a great experience, my anxiety and stress over moving clinic has gone. Thanks to all who advised me especially @GrownHealth @Dooby Doo

I will now be trying different strains until i find what works best for me.

Got to point out here that others further along the line with CB1 have been instrumental in helping us all understand the system and it really is much more than two members just feel it needs pointing out as they've made this much easier for us all to understand and take that leap of faith

The stock they have is Sufficient, as you say there are other strains you can choose from other pharmacies but, you would have to give a little time for them to order and receive it so you can receive your meds in one go.

Yeah just see it as even if I do get charged to use one somewhere else the savings from only paying 50 a year for clinic access is still a bargain price over time

Choice has been sufficient so far here when we've place her order an today they emailed her saying more has been added to the formulary so it appears they're pro-active in this department.

Just having the access means where you would have to pay £70 to get a suitable product of a certain formulary you can find alternatives at lower prices that are some times superior products ,so savings to be had there also.

Moving much faster than I expected. I have also informed Releaf today, who sent me my discharge letter with no issues, wishing me the best, they did ask for feedback as to why I am moving, so I told them the truth as mentioned previously in this thread (choice of meds, cost of meds, monthly subscription cost). I sent on the discharge letter to CB1 so my next prescription in January will now go ahead okay.

Brilliant @Moon and your feedback to them may help other patients in the future if Releaf eventually reassess their policies, so it seems like you've had a good transfer of clinic's with all parties acting responsibly ,good to hear .

I'm at the picking stage now having paid, expecting an email as I note NYC Diesel that I ordered is now no longer on the stock list! I also note their formula list does say at the top It is not upto date and to use the app, but the forumla list in the app says the same?

Ah, I see if I click repeat in the app it shows current stock! But its overliad with a message to fill in my care goals (this was not mentioned in the consultation) so I can't scroll through it, I think my app will sort itself out once the first script is despatched.
