Personal bug bear as going through the wringer trying to use an alternate pharmacy. The biggest problem I am facing from my end is knowing what alternate pharmacies are carrying and their pricing. Without this I am in the dark as to whether what CB1 Medical have made available to me is available at the pharmacy of my choice and at what price, as it seems Mamedica® are shunning price drops and not offering the option to buy short dated stock also.

To add insult to injury I was offered the Kandy Terpz finally by CB1 yesterday, now it has two weeks left on it, same price as it was reduced to weeks back when I enquired, no excuses it was on their formulary, price dropped, they didn't drop price and removed shortly after, now showing as on request at full price in formulary.......

I am spending far too much time researching if my clinic is going to stock certain strains and it could be there 1 day and gone the next but available everywhere else , All uk medical is sadly batch dependant rather than strain brand chemovar cultivar dependant . If brands want to sell inconsistant products then no loyalty to brand can be shown. Clinics and pharmacies need to realise this and specialists need to understand that its review and batch dependant not bcos there is Limonene and certain amount of THC overlooking the fact of the low quality of certain strain batches. Mamedica® still has jet fuel gelato at £6 a g which is a disgrace. It must be short dated pmsl. There is obv a percentage on sales and below £5 then mamedica will not entertain it seems. 30 products out of 96 at moment is Curaleaf another 10 is grow so just shy of half of mamedicas formulary is curaleaf and grow lol the illusion of choice

Yep, I told my CB1 Medical doctor at consultation I was leaving Curaleaf because of the lack of choice etc. All the assurances in the world, yet two months in and same old
Looks like same ongoing battle in the future, There has got to be big voice for the same issues that patients are facing , No choice , inconsistant product, expensive nasty bud, degraded close to out of date product for cheaper price. They are all dodgy dealers making sure they dont lose anything all helping each other sell their sh**e.

I have asked about ombudsmans etc. All we have is CQC which is toothless and won't touch pharmacies. Laws around duty of care, standards of service etc are not clearly available, I can find nothig of use on the .gov website, no official legislature, it just feels like it is a 100% for the boys, oxbridge cluster f@ck.

That they are milking those most at risk due to the piss poor way we treat our long term sick is despicable.

I wrote to my local MP before the last parliamentary debate to ask what their standpoint/view was, no answer....

I got a reply from the NI health minister Mike Nessbit i was told all the problems from profiteering to costs and everything wrong with UK MC and was told its my responsiblity as i chose to go private. I never chose anything they discharged me as i had bad reactions to ssris and diazepam.

Got my sister looking into impact of me living with her for a while in Germany while I get my feet on the ground, she's in a rental, but if all goes well....
