Clinics Mamedica existing price?

I’ve been looking at all my invoices and some charge the extra £10 because of the split fee. But they also charge £10 just “Existing request fee“. I’m on their access scheme and laid £200 for unlimited. Should they double dip like this? £10 for a split fee, or to write to another pharmacy or to edit a written script…but £10 for your first monthly on access? That seems wrong?

I get 1 delivery free every month on the access scheme but I have been there nearly 2 years

I am sure they have a few different access schemes now as well where you do pay all postage.

When it's not a split delivery then it sounds wrong that they should charge extra and the only excess fee I had was when I requested to cancel something that was not out of stock and order something different but like @JR52 mentions the terms may be different now if you recently joined the scheme.

It says the access scheme is 1 free delivery a month like mine and it is the flexi scheme where you pay for all deliveries according to the website

They charge that £10 for the first scripts whether it’s split or not. I thinks I’ve been repeatedly double billed. Also, if you have two or more scripts and you lay for the shy do you also have to pay the split fee as they can all be packaged and sent together as they claim the extra 10 is for shipping or editing a script.

Looking at this below it certainly looks like they are treating you like you are on the Flex scheme and I would query which you are actually on so the they are not giving you a mix and match service between the two schemes with you getting the worst bits of both with additional fees and at least if it is clearly defined you'll know where you stand and the parameters you have to operate within
