Hopefully common sense prevails and you get what you need.
Treading on eggshells if they say the latter I'd suggest but hopefully it's resolved but all the same shouldn't be happening in the first place .
When I phoned about the wrong prescription yesterday they told me they would have to listen to the phone call I had with some guy called Colin before deciding what to do.
So I have just phoned for an update and been asked when did I order the prescription as she can't find it on the system.so I read the email that they sent me when I ordered it with the date on it and told her about Colin they were still no wiser and said they would look into it in the next few days
It just seems they are not really bothered

Mate it must be doing your swede in now with just the lackadaisical attitude today alone and I feel for you mate as it looks like your getting the same service I did !
There was mysterious person on my case and it was like someone answered my call then didn't action what we talked about iirc and when I phoned later they had no idea about my earlier call they said so I took it as they were to busy for my custom.

That quite funny to be honest because when I got my second script I was going mad, and she was saying while laughing, ohhh M**** your not going maad , she said this 4x which was making me even madder .that mad in the end a just had to laugh, and my dad used to deliver meds so I know how they put out certain scripts with colours etc for opiates etc etc and gave her the run down and mark down as URGENT as its medicine and NDD they have to stick to that private or not, it's urgent, , Mamedica® would drive you to puff dope from the stress, just aswell iv Britscoti 100% Organic,
start to end no pgr or radiated, only reason iv no kicked up.a fuss about the medical dark browney buds with no real wife to them, wee rant , but me and mamedica just don't get on as iv seem people have had no problems atall , iv had problems from day 1.to now 2 years, knobzz

Ahh don't worry mate I know once they have you signed up.your just another number, so all good mate as there's 3 heros around me also.doing living soil and about 12 or more strains and also doesn't need a passport or any funny buisness just pure clean goodness and terpenes are mad , after using coco for years

This seems very similar to me, I'm a very patient person mate pardon the punn, if I didn't have the fallback.and I needed my meds I would have taken this well further its just lucky there's a small group of farmers and old & discreet and best of kit. 40 a farmers daughter, no cali prices, no packs, ziplock see theu bags, even tho the stuffs as good or better as Canada and calis stuffs also tampered with, 90.0000 dispensaries got tested for terpenes and all.showed 3 terpenes, use can take a proper good guess that what they must be eh lol, But yes mate this is by far shocking service absolute bonus grabbing bunch of brainless fudz, but trying to keep the cool, here's a ? Did you always get emails ypu have a consultation and then literally refresh your mails and it says cancelled to next month , wich has happend to me.easy 6x wich I'm no botherd as did t have to speak to anyone but if I did all were cancelled some even said they have spoke to me as I think you said thr same, and literally in the 2 years I have spoke to them.3 times on phone, I have all the emails of date on consultation to cancelled , I see it as they have another patient that's good enough fcuk the consultation, and they couldn't be nicer when your on the phone, that time I was going mad, I legit felt bad for what I was saying but yet she stayed on the phone , if anyone had a call like that in 3 secs it would be hung up myself included if I heard it from the other side, iv said before there moto is, "Were here for the PAPER not the Patient " that's probably Mondays team talk slogan , James blunts are lower than a snakes tits.

Just had my prescription delivered with one of the items missing. No note like 'to follow' or anything, just missing. Second time I've had this happen with them.
This is one issue with our mediciation providers being run like a business, and treating holiday periods like some unforeseeable, exceptional event that they will rush and struggle over, instead of building the capacity within all the teams to be able to maintain the service
Covid was an exceptional event, Easter didn't sneak up on them

I should be clear that this is aimed at the management who determine how the company is set-up and resourced, not staff who may be struggling to meet high (and likely unreasonable) expectations, and missed something as a result

Can anyone tell me how choosing strains for my scripts work after the first follow up consultation?
Are new patients given access to a portal on the website at a certain point to allow them to make their selections?
I've had a look at this webpage: https://mamedica.co.uk/repeat-prescription/ which seems to list what's available. Is this what I'll use from now on? It's just strange it's not accessible from my login page/dashboard, I need to go to that link directly.
And I've noticed some strange behaviour on that page, for example my favourite strain from last script was Glass Pharms Wedding Cake and I kept checking it over the month and sometimes it would be available and sometimes it would disappear. It was there this morning though, so I was confident it'd be available when I asked at my consultation, but then the clinician said it wasn't available, and afterwards I checked the webpage and it was still listed there. So like - is that the webpage or not, and why do strains seem to disappear and reappear every other day like Wedding Cake ??
It's also not the best page in the world is it? Compared to Curaleaf. It doesn't give the price of each product until you select it and the quantity, and even then it gives you the total rather than the individual prices? It's been a nightmare trying to cross reference this webpage to MedBud for pricing information.
