I hope the market conditions mean that they will continue to increase their product range and improve patient choice or patients will walk away.

I would have done the same as you if I didn’t feel in control of which meds I wanted. Absolutely would not tolerate being given a specific product without having input, especially as I had discovered the MedBud site beforehand.

I spoke to Dr Hazlett, a GP, he has published work on benefits of medical cannabis so an actual real life medical cannabis expert. Highly knowledgeable on the products but also vaping and different types of devices. He also said he accesses this site so if you see this dr , shout out to you & thank you for helping this patient 🙏🙏
 
It was one of my favourite strains when it first came onto the menu I'm absolutely gutted that I've my Xmas order done 🤣. Keep us posted on what it's like and here's hoping it's great & it's still on the menu next month 🤞😅

Not sure what's up with these guys, Cannabis Clinic Cardiff sent my first prescription to them, and they're asking about GP details and they will be "screening" my prescription, I mean wtf do they have to do with it if my responsible clinic made the decision already? 😁 Nobody else does this, hopefully they just triggered the generic Zendesk macro for responding to a new patient.

Anyway I told them what's up, just worried if they will be too pedantic as I don't have a dedicated GP as I always see some other one (and they're asking for a name), so could not provide that.

The strain I ordered is already in low stock so I wish they would get on with it lol

As another member mentioned in the past when attempting to use them from an outside clinic that there are too many hoops to jump through to land your meds.

Ok, let's click on Crezco, wait it does not work at all, the link is broken. "Something is wrong". Great, it does not do it's only job.

No worries, they have an alternative email address where I can request a payment link manually, like it's 1999.
Oh of course, THAT email address is not active any more, so now I get a bounceback and now need to reach out to Support, and hope someone will finally be able to handle this rocket science-like situation of paying an invoice.

I am sure it NEVER happens, therefore the process is not smoothed out yet :rolleyes:

Honestly, I have never fought this hard to have my money finally taken from me. It's like they don't WANT to get paid.

I switched from Mamedica® because of stuff like this, then like you I used their pharmacy once from Cannabis Clinic Cardiff, and now I don't do that anymore... 😩

Well first they told me there is no payment link, only portal payment.

Had to explain I am not with their clinic, they're a pharmacy for me, so I have no portal login.

Then without a response I got a payment link via email lol
