Clinics Mamedica - The Unavailable Products List

I thought this thread may be temporarily useful to keep track of flower and oils that Mamedica® do not have on the formulary. This will be useful to see Mamedicas stocks and inform potential new patients about restrictions on product availability. Simply post below your info on what you noticed is missing.

On the 16th of October 2024 I counted available to Patients 96 Flowers and 62 Oils. Mamedica only list the following as available:

• 52 Flowers
• 26 Oils
• 2 Vape Carts
• 3 Lozenges
• 2 Capsules

On the 16th of October 2024 i counted the following as unavailable for Patients at Mamedica:

• The Noidecs flower range
• The GLO flower range
• The Canopy Growth® flower range
• Medcan Isando T19/24 Tokoloshe Sherbet
• Khiron Hindu Kush
• Miracle Valley Canada MAC 1
• Lumir® Crumbled Lime Ten

• Glass Pharms Blackberry Sour

Excuse me if I missed @JR52's post.

While we do know GLO will eventually be approaching other pharmacies to stock - right now it's limited to PCCA and Kingsley-Muti.

I think its the future of super pharmacies and super clinics its going to go either way. Its a rotten business practice totally anti patient and pro $$$. Mamedica® wont negotiate unless they get that massive profit margin. I think Khiron told them to go do one. Maybe GLO will too.

I understand they're a business and have to be profitable, but we're now seeing patients want to leave their continual free service via the access scheme just to access a wider variety of meds at other clinics - and most of all because there's a huge absence of <£6/g meds there right now.

I think Mamedica are on purpose not offering the cheapest strains as obviously you make less profit if the product if half the price of others. Are you aware of the latest Mamedica dirty trick? They are listing thier own brand medication at £13/g at the TOP of the alphabetical formulary when clearly Mamedica should be at M and not above A but its the first flower you see.

I am considering leaving Mamedica for Cannabis Clinic Cardiff if this keeps up i will email jon@mamedica and just say thats the end of it and its your own fault. Mamedica have lots of patients and $$$ to strike deals its purely greed and profit margins.

No, but quite bluntly I'll denounce the practice - medications should be ordered indiscriminately, and medications in general should never be prioritised based on commercial incentive.

I am considering leaving Mamedica for Cannabis Clinic Cardiff if this keeps up i will email jon@mamedica and just say thats the end of it and its your own fault. Mamedica have lots of patients and $$$ to strike deals its purely greed and profit margins.

CCC saved my medical cannabis experience, I had 12+ months of nothing but issues between my two initial clinics - in 18+ months I've now had no problems with CCC's service at all. I submit my repeat requests by email and get a response back with prescription scans within hours, when I need my quarterly consult (maximum allowed period under Welsh regs) I get an email to choose my own date/time about a month in advance.

I genuinely consider CCC the gold standard in patient care. For every single medication, on every single prescription, line by line I can choose which pharmacy I want without interference or influence up to my maximum agreed monthly dosage. Last month I used 4 pharmacies without a grumble.

Definitely provide your feedback to Jon and the Mamedica team whatever you do.

Totally as once the bad review goes on Google it will never be erased. CCC are small and elite i always knew that i just could not afford to lose my mamedica signup. But i signed up only weeks before the access scheme and when i asked to join Mamedica said i could not. Even when i explained i only just joined and i could just leave and rejoin and save £75 a year that in time covers me rejoining as the access scheme is a one off so i save all my yearly fees. They are in my opinion testing my patience and my good will.


Also you say Welsh rules do not allow a yearly appointment? Thats the only good thing about Mamedica for me i only have to by law see them once per year. We have the same Doctor as well Dave does all my appointments i had my yearly only two weeks ago with Dave. Hes always a gentleman too.

Yes, 'Care Inspectorate Wales' have different regulations than English clinics under the CQC.

But i signed up only weeks before the access scheme and when i asked to join Mamedica® said i could not. Even when i explained i only just joined and i could just leave and rejoin and save £75 a year that in time covers me rejoining as the access scheme is a one off so i save all my yearly fees.

We've heard this from others too, it seems Mamedica don't allow you to change up between their two pricing models.

Thats the only good thing about Mamedica for me i only have to by law see them once per year. We have the same Doctor as well Dave does all my appointments i had my yearly only two weeks ago with Dave. Hes always a gentleman too.

Dr. Dave is a gentleman and a credit to the industry, but given where they're domiciled they have to do consultations every 3 months. This wasn't something they just decided to do, they launched 6 monthly consultations and then were pushed back on.

Cannabis Clinic Cardiff are somewhat of a gold standard IMO - they cost £400 per year as either: £100 every 3 months, or £33.33 per month.

The list is growing. There is some really good flowers there i like in particular the Hindu Kush and Tokoloshe Sherbet i think came with a Boveda. Mac1 from Miracle Valley Canada i wanted to try and Pink Diesel and i never got to try Gelato yet.

Mamedica® removed Qwest Bubble Bath today and my scripts due to be put in. Im fuming im going to likely leave them i dont know whos running the ordering side of thinga but your killing the reputation of mamedica.

Updated, I have did a quick count you lose access to 45% of UK flowers at Mamedica®. 96 Available 52 in stock = 45%. As for oils you lose access to 57%.

Quite eye opening when you do a full count.
