They come and go as you know, a legal grey area ofc as Gov just cannot get a grip on the subject outside of "quick stamp it out!" iirc there used to be something in the Plymouth area.

I went to quite a few Fests in Germany, you cant miss them really as they run from January to the October festival, the best ones were in MunichThere were several in Germany I think, low key but good. A great idea, on the day the law changes, if we are still on the planet, let's do it!
