Intros New consumer looking into private prescriptions.

Once I have one myself I'll let you know 👍. Not sure which of the 2 I'm getting yet but it will be either the Electric Honeydew or the Sourdough. They are the 510 carts for £66 each.
The prices are so high i really hope there worth the price tag. Ill have a gander at those now while im not doing anything lol

Prices are still high but moving in the right direction, it's going to take a little more time for more competitive prices. The more people who on board to MC the better, I've seen pricing come right down in 15/16 months of being a MC Patient.

Ive also noticed Curaleaf use botanical terpenes in there vapes! Big no no in some peoples eyes from reactions on another thread i am in lol. And the prices are way higher!
Is that something youd guys would avoid? Having terpenes added? Me personaly i wouldnt mind if it got the job done but i would expect them to be cheaper. Any thoughts?

@DominikDoherty

Just something we was discussing about pressing and making your own if your bored and want a read

I've not had any carts since being an MC patient but do know people have had issues with the vapes blocking up. The carts I've been chatting about have no additives, so it says.

The Curaleaf ones don't block I've found and I've got my two near empty carts here ,one curaleaf and one Upstate and it was the Upstate that was blocking but no problems with blockages on Curaleaf's as the terpenes that the curaleaf ones use changes the viscosity of the liquid where as the Upstate Blueberry Kush is like treacle and probably why we people had issues and on taste the Upstate wins by miles lol

That's good the Cura don't block, I've seen posts elsewhere about carts but couldn't tell you which ones were blocking as it was a while back.

So again terpenes added to get the right viscosity to stop blockages.

I still think the MC producing vapes should detail a bit more of whats in them or how they are made. Using cannabis derived terpenes would sound more appealing. Or no terpenes added at all.

Some better than others by the looks of it.

I love to see what people have tried and tested and what they thought.

How long did they last @GrownHealth
And @Dooby Doo ?? What in take. How many puffs a day?

When i use my bm ones i have about 4/5 big tokes like i would a bong about 5 times a day. Lasting me around 5 days. The effects would last a good few hours at a time. To me thats a bonus what about yours @DominikDoherty

4-5 days I think when I last used one, they were £90 then and didn't buy more than the 5/6 I took at the time as it was expensive and I was growing my own then.

It'll be interesting to see for myself what they are like now after all this time.

Yea 90 quid for the same shit as some.bm products are taking the piss.

Hypothetically one should not stop growing ones own!!

Just like Hypothetically one should still try make ones own vapes.

I think the demand is high for vape carts hence the friggin prices nothing to do with how they are made

I won't be trying one, but am interested if they work as well economically as the bud? I will try rosin when it arrives to see what it is like vs bm rosin or our own presses or thca.

I find it worrying about the terpenes being added back / in, are we assured they are the same terpenes as extracted out, and why were they extracted out, are they made like nevs THCA via high pressure CO2 extraction which means the terpenes come off early and are added back, or are they adding non cannabis commercial terpenes in, do we even know.

Man life used to be so simple, we had natural landrace bud and incredible hashes, now we live in a world of fucked up high THC bud with all the goodie cannabinoids bread out, and now we are moving to extractions where terpenes are added back to the mix what a mess. Really what a fucking mess. God give me landrace hash please.

Your right there about the good olde hashes/flower. I don't like any added terpenes and we don't really know what's terpenes are added back in. terpenes can be bought cheaply but why should you pay for added chemicals that may have short or long term health issues because they are not natural. Pressing your own you know what it is. I don't know the laws regarding this but it is unlicensed.

It states botanical terpenes on some vapes ie. The Curaleaf ones forgot to be specific but does say botanical terpenes.
After our discussion @Moon which i took your words highly, i was supprised to see it say botanical terpenes. Which puts a downer of the medical side of things as you would expect something pure. My guess its a money profit thing.

You can see the movement on profit greed here clearly.

I suppose they will put it down to terpenes having health benefits in its own right.

Shame really, but are terpenes such a bad thing? Edit : i am talking about lab tested terpenes

The different Terpenes are the medicine of the plant.

I understand the difference between botanical and cannabis derived terpenes the latter sounding a better option if needed for vapes.

To me personally cdt added would make it still a decent product. If it was needed that is.

Edit. Terpenes are part medicinal. THC CBD would be the main part no??

Well the terpenes are part of the plant, to have them replaced with botanical is just not right at all.

This was my main worry with THCA but I got told that most good thca has the original terpenes put back in, they just come out earlier than the wax, it’s like extraction petrol from oil different stages give different products. But some methods lose the terpenes then they use artificial to replace.

I believe the whole bud contains multitudes of natural chemicals THC, CBD, cannabinoids etc and I think they work best together, I don’t want products that have lost some or are replaced artificially. I don’t like the way the market is going, and I don’t like modern bud compared to landrace bud but I have little choice on that until I grow my own.

@Dooby Doo please message me and tell me what there like and which one you will be getting bro.

Finally another prefered vaper lol. Welcome @DominikDoherty , getting a good vape on the BM is hard work picking the good from the bad so i feel for you dude. Im with Alternaleaf and i hope after my first perscription comes into play id be able to give to some feedback on the ones i will try and get. Theres isnt much selection from this clinic regarding vapes but its a start.

Ill watch out for your feedback once you have your MC perscription. We can compare notes lol
Don't get me wrong lad I don't mind bud but for me it's a hassle prepping it and smoking it is rough on my throat aswell but with a vape I just gotta keep the battery charged and I'm good to go.

Plus I just prefer how the vapes feel aswell its much better for my sleep yeah smoking bud helps but not as much as vaping resin.

Trying to find good ones on the BM is a pain you really have to look everywhere for them.

I've narrowed it down to two clinics CB1 Medical and Alternaleaf I'm just researching trying to find the best one at the moment for myself.

For sure when I get my first prescription I'll review it so we can compare notes 😅

Deffo mate. Yea rolling a jigga can be very annoying if out and about but its therapeutic for me lol. I smoke way to much considering the price of bud hence the want of a big move to vapes. I think there clearly better for the usage distance compare to smoking bud but each to there own. I have my dab rig, never quite had the use it deserves but thanks to @Moon ive orderd some nevskie extract so hopefully it will cut down further spending on bud. Replace 1 with another ay lad lol
