Hey, my name is Gerry I'm from Glasgow, I've been smoking cannabis heavily for around 22-23 years on a daily basis and genuinely feel it really helps treat my symptoms, I've known about medical for a couple of years but didn't know you could get flower etc until recently so I'm really excited and hoping to be accepted for Medical (Video call due on the 3rd July) as it will make my life a lot easier in so many ways.

I've been watching 100s of YouTube reviews mainly from Smacksalad, Drewissharing and a few others who I consider to know their stuff... No doubt you guys already have this kind of thing but I compiled a list of all strains that I've currently watched reviews on and rated them according to the review, the List is split into 3 sections (an A-Z of all strains... A Highest > Lowest rating and a Low > High Price for people on a tight budget like myself!) Hope this list can help anyone else who's new like myself or even people who are generally unsure about certain strains they haven't tried yet!

The List will be in 3 parts;
1. A-Z of all currently reviewed strains (84 in total ATM)
2. Highest rated to lowest rated
3. Price Low to high

The Lists will be attached below;

Happy smoking thanks for reading :)

Welcome to MedBud Wiki, you'll find theres lots of new people turning to MC now like yourself. Ive been an MC patient for over 18mths now but been using Cannabis on and off for 45yrs 👍

Welcome to the forum Gerry 👏 and best of luck with your consultation but I'm sure you'll be fine .

Like myself and many others here you have years of experience of using cannabis and we all try and share our knowledge with each other with the hope of helping others and have come to find some of the most reliable information on strains by sharing our experiences as we try new strains out on MC and have come to trust the judgement of others amongst us with first hand experience of the strain and this has become invaluable in finding what works and what doesn't .

That's not to say we don't all have our favourite reviewers and many of us do it's just the info shared as we receive our prescriptions has been pretty spot on in helping each other decide and save money where possible and has become a primary source for many of us when choosing strains.

Went with CB1 Medical for now, who are you with and you had or heard any problems with cb1?
I'm with them and theres a few of the family (Community) here with them too and they are excellent. Have a look at CB1'S formulary on here under clinics/then their Pharmacy and look what's available Flower/Oils/vape carts and edibles to see if theres anything that has worked for you in the past. You'll be able to choose your prescription with your doc at the Consultation 👍

Yeah I was looking at the formulary thing, arent we best to go to Newgrove instead of cb1 formulary as its a bigger range + no hidden costs or is it not worth it?

PS I dont have a clue atm just from what I read on the notes under CB1 clinic information it said something about doesnt honor price changes and the range is pretty low compared to newgrove?

I am with CB1 Medical. My best advice to you is to be yourself, state your long term cannabis usage and that you have a tolerance as such. Work out how much bud you need per month before the interview – they are unlikely to go above 60grams per month at the start. Also look at their stock list and make a list of what you want (and alternatives in case out of stock) on your first script as they may well write it for you after the interview (future scripts will be up to you to choose via their app). I would try to order one at T29 to T31 strength so the whole selection will be available to you in the future, as some clinics put a THC strength limit on newbies, and as you were bm you are not a newbie (bm being black market). They are a brilliant clinic, just remember that this is private healthcare that you are paying for, so be strong and get what you really want in a pleasant manner.

You can order from Other Pharmacies but that's when you have to put your prescription in earlier to give them time to order it in for you.
I've not ordered from a different Pharmacy so I'm not 100% how it works.

The cb1 formulary is one of the best, don't look at others on first script, they will write scripts for other pharmacies but charge 7.50 to do that, personally i am more than happy with cb1 alone.

No worries ,Smack is loved round here and I don't think I'm sticking my neck out saying that:giggle: he's a blessing to the community.

As for your first prescription I bet you can't wait to get to grips with it whatever it may be and then throw in the legal side with driving etc it lifts a big weight from our shoulders.

100% but im still gonna feel like im doing something wrong for a while I can imagine... even though ill be legal ill still be creeping about taking it discretely :p

I'd second that about the Formulary, there's definitely good enough choices there. I didn't know they were still charging to obtain Meds elsewhere.

I've only just noticed your signature :ROFLMAO: “People who say money can’t buy you happiness, have never bought weed”. Top Tier stuff.

Smack is a gift to our community, terrifically grounded person.

@G2M I probably need to stop banging this drum but I'd highly recommend Pain Patient as someone to follow on content. His growers knowledge (and pain patient knowledge) really help when it comes to looking at whether a flower is grown well, good for pain. etc. Very knowledgeable guy.
