It might be easier to get people's top ten with scores and work it out from that

they could make a poll system where we all get to rate the strains we've tried so far out of 10 then use the stats from that to generate a rating per strain, it would be alot of work but might be something to think about, I only rated for smell, taste and nug quality, I didn't want to get anymore specific such as effects, weight etc but I might well do If im bored enough in the near future just think the effects thing could be vastly different per person so it would be difficult to really rate it

Forgot about that Still be good to have a "Leaderboard" to refer to as well though instead of having to go into each strain individually > scrolling down to see the ratings/reviews. I'd imagine it will be something like that eventually though, they need ratings before they can generate a list.

Hey guys quite a big update: I finally put my 1st script in on thursday morning, received it by friday afternoon couldn't believe how quick it arrived 10/10 for delivery. I did have 6x 10g ordered but I cancelled one before I paid for them on thursday as I realised the reviews weren't great for that one strain, I didn't want to post this until I tried them all, I have now so we have 5 strains below with my personal ratings;

Smell/Taste/Quality

1. Apples & Gas - BC Green - 6 / 6 / 7.5 (Over 1g of shake in the bag & full of smalls or I would've rated it better on quality, too dry, muted smell + taste)
2. Jokerz - 4C Labs - 8 / 7.5 / 9 (Massive dense nugs literally no shake smells & taste nice)
3. Puffo Gelato - 4C Labs - 7 / 7.5 / 8.5 (Dense nugs not much shake smells & taste nice)
4. Ultra Sour - 4C Labs - 9.5 / 9 / 8 (Dense nugs not much shake smells & tastes a bit overpowering with a citrusy almost cleaning chemical taste)
5. Wedding Cake - Peace Naturals® - 8 / 7 / 8.5 (Mix of dense & avg nugs not much shake smells & tastes sweet, florally with a hint of cakeyness)

All of them weighed 10.0g or 10.1g

I can see micro seeds under the camera on some buds not very noticeable to the naked eye, not a big deal to me but also not ideal.

Overall I'm very happy with everything, first one I tried was the 27% apples & gas, I wasn't expecting how high I would get off it I felt totally spaced for a bit bear in mind I usually only smoke stardawg which is prob only around 20%, the smell and taste was a little disappointing but not totally muted. I can say I probably wouldn't order any of these strains again as I'm into a different flavour profile from what I'm getting with these but I really cant complain for the price they're all good in their own ways and ofcourse the total joy of being legal for the first time is still beyond comprehension for me atm its still not quite registering

Can't lie that does look like a tasty list, expensive but tasty! minus the wedding cake not really digging the flavour (edit: I just opened the tub again today after removing the bovida pack and it smells fire wtf might need to re-review this one... Tastes better today, uh im confused)

Can someone give me a little help with these bovida pack things, are we supposed to remove them if the moisture content is satisfactory or above? I took them out of the packs that had enough moisture and put 3 of them into a pack that was quite dry...

Just keep them with the bud, they keep it at 62%, remove them and that may change. If they have turned to crystal the bud was too dry and it has absorbed all the moisture, if so replace them, (some say you can put them in water and they will work again, i dont do this). If they have become swollen the bud was way to wet and they have taken the water out. I have only had 1 bud that turned them to crystal in the last 7 months.

Some buds take a week to really come alive with the boveda. the wedding cake on my list was by Peace Naturals® who i rate as one of the best.

the wedding cake is tasting and smelling a lot better today since I removed the bovida yesterday or could it be just that its been "aired" after breaking the seal? It felt way too moist yday overly spongey thats why I removed the pack hoping it would dry out a little, just checked the tub its due to expire in like 3-4 weeks must be why it was only £7 per g

I think i read some of the 4C Labs stuff is a bit moist to start.

The boveda works both ways, it dries bud and wets, it just balances the jar to 62% or whatever the % of the boveda you bought. But they can take a few days to really work, i put 2 or 3 in a jar now.

its just the ones that came pre packed I think they're all 62's, 4/5 packs had one in them already, only the apples & gas didn't have any and its bone dry (too dry)

yeah the wedding cake had one but seemed a bit spongey aswell but since I removed it yday it seems to have "came alive" today its defo smelling and tasting better for some reason so thats whats confusing me haha, im thinking with the expiry due in 3-4 weeks and its been pre-packed with a bovida it was probably overly moist?
