Vaped through the Vapvana Screwball. I picked this up mainly because the lineage looked interesting, and at the price it felt worth trying.
Appearance
Machine trimmed flower with mostly medium-sized buds. Colours range from light greens through to darker greens with some brown mixed throughout. Bag appeal is fairly average overall and very much what you’d expect from flower around this price point.
Aroma and Flavour
Not especially muted. Opening the bag gives off sweet strawberry guava and candy-style
terpenes, with a faint hint of Zkittlez becoming more noticeable once ground.
In the vapour, the inhale leans heavily into strawberry sweetness, while the exhale carries a softer candy flavour with a light Zkittlez note underneath. I mainly used this at 265°C through the Screwball. Vapour production was decent enough, although it never became especially thick or heavy.
Effects
Listed at 25%
THC and 1%
CBD. In use, this comes across as a fairly heavy strain without feeling excessive.
Main effects for me were couch lock, relaxation, sleepiness and a generally body-heavy feel. It delivers the kind of strength you’d expect from a good 25% flower, strong enough to properly settle you in, but still manageable without becoming too overpowering.
Personally, I think this works best as an early evening strain, although I can also see many pain patients comfortably using this throughout the day.
Overall
The bag appeal is nothing special here, but the aroma and flavour easily carry the experience. The Zkittlez side is still fairly muted overall, but if you’re specifically looking for a sweeter candy-style strain, this is one of the better examples I’ve had on medical so far.
Value wise, I’d call this great value. I paid £41 against a more typical price of around £45.
Just a really solid all-round option for the money, 4.5/5.
