I agree, its cheap to make but not to import to uk. New product of any kind tests the market in terms of what people are prepared to pay, those responsible will be aware of that, if not they should be asking someone!

I once had a business selling high value pro tech kit, imported some new to market. Priced it a bit higher than I thought the market would take, ended it up reducing it a % point or three lower, but found a level with profit in it.

I need to revisit companies house and find the uk reg companies of clinics and importers, with digging you can find which are making money dispensing UK MC and those who are not. Last time I looked, there were not many raking it in. Some do spend a lot on salary however ...

I just bought the cheapest flower ever for me, IPS PC T23 Permanent Chimera 20 g for £77 quid plus £5 nxt day deli, crickey. No Spirit Bear for I coz 2 of 'em (20 g) would've cost me a hefty £240 pounds sterling!!!

Could of got and/or you've could've gotten yaself 60 g (2.4 Oz) and had a score £20 note still in ya pocket for the same amount as the SB (20 g)

P.s I'm not to be honest a huge fan of extremism iiwii

20% import n say same for for testing just say £20 a g so looking at montus email reply it looks like that 40% threshold looks to be true for clinics involved. Everyone doubling investment but that £10.95 a g would be cheaper for importer bulkbuy.

Importers/distributors try make at least 20-25%, pharmacies take 20-35% margin typically, these are standardised figures across most formats/meds in the UK. For flower, I often say add 100-150% to the Canadian price, and you have an idea of what can be achieved here (with all the mouths to feed). There's many other costs, such as international air freight (temperature controlled), local packaging, and various approval/license fees.

Eventually pricing will come down in the UK, and there's certainly "early adopters tax" right now (and a ton of outlay from Cantourage to get it to market), but these things really will come down over time. Flower was once £30/g in the UK.

Listen to vangyptian podcast , they will do single strain runs for clients with flower and offering roe at $20 a g will OBV be the leaf n larf they talked about using. This is their most expensive roe at £40 a g lol , will they do a cheaper run with the leaf n larf or all plant i wonder. Is roe their cheapest extract form?

Nope, I have no public proof, just what was said through the industry grape vine. Flower has apparently been "remediated" (could mean irradiated, or cryo-treated, or o-zone generators etc.) then that same flower (as we'd receive it here) has been processed to make the extract.

I was specifically told it was only bud used, and no byproduct/trim/shake this morning.

The best bet is to email/contact Phant and try get a verdict from the horse's mouth - we've never spoken to them directly.

Pretty much the same here and explained that I had used it successfully over time and explained I don't wish to use them exclusively but as a product it brings a calmness that flower doesn't quite for me and as a result I'd like to trial these products to see if they work well as in the past.
Still no reply to see if I've been approved but I should hear back before the end of the day

Why do you need to remediate flower before making hash?
Wouldnt the sifting and production process remove the impurities. This completely confused me but I am hardly the most knowledgeable.

I was getting something very close to the specs of this local on the BM and was paying 15/20 a g depending on how it came out, i feel spoilt.

The dollar on this theres bound to be companies looking at production and if any of them need consult on static dm me
